Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West

My stay was very disappointing especially at that price point. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. She informed me that the WiFi was out. I was travelling on business and needed WiFi to do my work. The room had a funny smell, like spoiled, there was no informational material (hours & location of workout facilities, breakfast hours, local points of interest, etc) and no 'Do not disturb' sign. The breakfast was a joke: cold cereal, Nature Valley bars, yogurt, apples and coffee, no tea. I doubt that i'll be back.

Was a get away for a few women and very clean, nice staff and close to shopping, freeway and restaurants!

I needed to stay down in Milwaukee for a business affair going on Friday/Saturday. Even though the hotel was busy, it was not at all loud at night. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my short-stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to any individual looking for a nice place just to sleep and keep moving. I am planning on making another reservation within the next two months.

Front desk staff very friendly. Assisted with printing boarding pass when self service computer was not working.

Great value for price. Food at Jimmy's Iguana Bar & Grill is good at reasonable prices. Hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes from downtown Milwaukee

I WAS WELL PLEASED AND WILL RETURN. SHUTTLE TO MILLER PARK WAS GREAT. NO HASSLE PARKING OR DWI.

The hotel is across the street from Mayfair Mall , easy access to the freeway Clean, nice pillows and bedding , clean good bathroom toiletries, fridge in the room ( not "on special request") FREE wireless internet Good value

Lots of construction around the hotel. Discouraged walking to the mall across the street. Checked in at 3:15 pm...Asked for a King Bed...Was told they were "sold out" .... Didn't care much for the clerks attitude... Paid $169 rate...Heard agent on the phone quoting $139...She said that was for a different night.... Didn't sleep well on the small bed....

Our upgrade to a balcony suite allowed us to watch the 4th of July fireworks of 4 different local communities. Since the temp was over 100 degrees, we didn't use the balcony - but the view was perfect to enjoy the celebrations.

Our stay was a refreshing oasis during a miserable heatwave. The staff was cordial and more than accomodating.

We chose this hotel for its location, and we were very happy with the accomodations. The room service breakfast was delicious as well.

Friendly staff - and very fast wired high speed internet (10 Mb/sec UPLOAD) are reasons why I think this is a very good place to stay for business travelers. Great location, as it is across the street to a shopping mall, so you can eat at PF Chang's or Cheesecake factory or go shopping .

The sleep number beds were excellent. Room temperature was easily controllable.

This hotel is very adequate and served our needs completely. Would stay there again.

Room was very clean and nicely appointed. We had a quiet night without doors slamming at all hours.

I loved the hotel and location. Some things that disappointed me were for the price that I paid for the rooms they were real small and there was no mini fridge in the room and the cord to the coffee maker wasn't long enough to reach any outlet. The staff was great and the bar atmoshphere was real relaxing. I would deffinetly go there again.

Everything was fine except hotel needs to fix its fax machine. For two days I could not send an outbound fax and had to spend money driving to Kinko's to get my faxes out. Everything else was fine.

I was in Milwaukee for a week for business. The food was fine, the internet access was fine. I was disappointed in the comfort of the chairs and the general office set up in the room. I would not recommend this hotel if you need to get a lot of work done from your room.

Nice hotel close to shopping, entertainment and downtown.

I do apologize in regards to the WiFi being down during your stay. There was a very bad thunderstorm that knocked out one of our routers. We did have it up and running in less than 24 hours after the initial outage, however I do apologize if this made things difficult for you to do business during your stay with us. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again.
