I am not a person that needs a 5 star resort for a quick non-leisure trip. Clean, reasonably quite - I'm good. Upon arrive I listened to 4 full minutes of the front desk agent's (Shonda) conversation with her sister. That was followed by all the reasons the pool, fitness room and restaurant was closed, and why housekeeping is not provided during your stay off any length. The following morning I left the room at 830am with the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. I returned around 230pm to find a very beat up microwave sitting on the desk. I couldn't call the desk because the phone didn't work so I went down, pretty irritated. I was told that the microwave was requested, that's why someone went into the room. I assured her it was not. Two hours later the phone rings (it can only be answered on speaker,) and I was asked by someone else if the microwave I requested was delivered. I told her she knew full well I didn't request anything and that I hadn't been in the room or able to use the phone so the Jedi mind tricks were a waste. In all, this wasn't a great experience. I can get past the rooms being outdated and every "amenity" being unavailable but the overall experience would definitely prevent me from staying here again.
Place was great!
Property was in good condition but I did not like the mandatory $100 charge for incidentals on your credit card, for a higher end hotel this is uncalled for
All the good reviews on here are wrong. Hotel in poor condition, restaurant is open when they have staff. Took a bath then found out there were no towels. And had to walk to the front desk to get them. What a joke for $239/night that I spent. Would of checked into Motel 6 if I had known!
Fantastic bed. Staff is friendly, but check in is terribly slow
Customer service, pool not open
Location was great! We have a young child and there was not a microwave in the room to warm his milk. Pool had a lot of unruly kids. We weren’t sure if they were employees kids?!
The person who checked us in was wonderful! So nice to get great customer service!

Property is pretty tired. Carpet felt gross. Hallways are dank.
Poor TV reception, tired towels, should leave more shampoo etc before check in. Need more outlets for tech connections. Staff all friendly and helpful
Check in line was extremely long and slow. When we finally got up to the desk to check in we were informed that the king size bed room we had booked months prior they had “run out of” put us in a double queen with no discount or apology. The room smelled like a smoking room although we had requested non smoking. No clean towels when we arrived: would not recommend.
Overall, nice hotel and room. Bar soap disintegrated into small pieces. Shower head was old and did not disperse water well.
One of the rooms heat did not work the whole night caused the windows to sweat damaging my property... the restaurant inside of the establishment which happened to be the reason I picked the location was out of service... just a bad experience
It’s in a great location and the rooms are nice and clean.
