I stayed here for the Elvis Fest in March of 2018. The ballroom was fantastic! Very spacious and accommodating. The staff was friendly at the front desk. I did, however, have a few problems checking in, but they were more than willing to help fix my check-in. (A few of my friends also had issues checking in). My room was not what I had expected. I had one king sized bed, but the room was already small let alone with a king sized bed. I couldn't open the door all the way for some reason, which made things a little inconvenient. There also was no refrigerator in the room. I guess that's the way all the king rooms are (my good friend stayed in one as well and said the same things). There was no extra security lock on the door, just the actual door lock itself. There were a few other things that could've/need to be fixed, but overall it was a nice stay.

The rooms in this hotel are simply dreary and small. I was surprised there was an air conditioner in the wall. And the bathroom was also small. A couple of problems, first the alarm clock was dead. Guess the maid did not pay attention. Then I could not locate the national news channels. There did not appear to be a guide in the room or on screen. The hotel is also set up a little strange. The restaurant was in the basement, near the work out room. But my breakfast was good and the waitress was friendly. Cheap hotel close to airport, you get what you pay for.

I stayed at this hotel last month and enjoyed my stay! Nice staff, super close to the airport and my room was clean & comfortable. Absolutely no problems with my stay, would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

This renovated hotel (once a tired Clarion) is now part of Marriott and has some of the stylish features to be expected. The lobby staff like Brandi, Tammy, Tiffany are remarkably hospitable. The beds must be newer because I slept great. My kids loved the indoor pool which was large and a good temperature. The fitness center was an actual gym! The restaurant offered generous portion sizes. I admit the exterior isn’t so pretty but the interior is very functional and stylish and comfortable. Free parking too. If you want to stay in Milwaukee but want a less expensive option to downtown (yet close proximity) you should try this property. Best Mark S

Despite what I consider to be tricky navigation, I was pleased with my overnight stay at this location. Check in was smooth and flawless. Room was smaller than expected, but sufficient and equipped with Sheraton's signature bed. I did not note the hours of operation for the lounge but had a very tasty meal for dinner (restaurant was closed). Restaurant was open for breakfast the following morning and also provided a satisfying meal. On site navigation is not smooth - check in is on main floor while lounge, restaurant and meeting rooms are on a lower level. Elevators are a fair distance from check in desk and the hallways are riddled with odd "jogs".

We have frequently stayed at the Clarion, which is now the Four Points Sheraton. Pros: the young man at the front desk was nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Cons: My confirmation from Starwood states a club level room, free breakfast buffet, and 2 free drinks. There is no longer a buffet, breakfast stops at 9 am (which nobody told us), no free drink tickets are given, it took us an hour in the bar to get a hamburger and salad, and we certainly did not get a club level room. In fact, I’ve never seen a room that small before at the Clarion. There is no longer any refrigerator in the room or microwave. Our tv did not work, it only said to check the antenna. While I was getting dressed in the morning, the maid opened the door and walked right in. We will use another hotel next time.

Our flight was delayed and this accommodation was offered by the airline. Needless to say, they will also be getting a sour rating. After a long day spent in the airport, this was less than average accommodation. 1- within 1/2 hour of checking in a maintenance person waltzed into our room, without so much as knocking. Said he needed to check some work he did yesterday on the thermostat that was hanging off the wall. 2-no restaurant or bar service until after 3 p.m. - inconvenient for travelers who could potentially arrive/depart at any hour. They offered shuttle to a sister property with bar/restaurant. After we finished eating it took an hour to be picked up after our meal/beverage. 3-Got ready for bed and tried to call Front Desk for an extra towel, the phone didn't even have a cord attached. Simply there for looks it appeared. 4-There was a cabinet for a mini fridge - the cabinet was empty - no fridge. 5-The view was of a building 6- very little space - about 3 feet between the bed and desk/dresser at the foot of the bed. On the plus side, the shower was nice and it appeared they've tried to make some updates. During our stay in Mke, we stayed at 2 other properties - both of which were same/less per night and much nicer.

Stayed at Four Points in January with the Park N Stay program. Room was a standard room, clean and fairly quiet. Desk was friendly and efficient, had to ask to find only working ice machine in hotel (3rd floor). Park N Fly was better than most I used previously: Vehicles are kept in a gated lot that the staff enters frequently. Shuttle dropped off at airport at the time we requested and when called to be picked up the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes. Would use again.

We originally booked with Crowne Plaza and was informed that they were changing to Four Points Sheraton by a phone call. Fingers crossed all would be the same if not better. We had stayed in August. The remodel was finished and looked great. Check in was good. We were doing the park and fly. Our room was nice and the bed comfortable. However the room was chilly. We checked the thermostat and it was set at 80. It was not 80. We didn't bother to call, we were only there for a few hours to sleep. We asked for a wake up call. Plus set our phones. Always like the back up. Good thing because we did not receive the call. No worries, we were up. The room also needed better vacuuming. Someone before us had Cheerio's and they were in quite a few places on the floor. We also stopped at the bar for a drink before bed. Service was fine but the tappers were not working and the prices were high. I know it's Milwaukee but $5.40 for a Miller lite keeps you to to only drinking one. The shuttle service was great and I would book here again if the price is right.
