My experience was very good I enjoy my stay. The location was right where I need to go.

Overall I feel the hotel was perfect for a one night stay to be within walking distance to the stadium. We even got a few minutes in the hot tub which was clean.

Hotel is good for a place to sleep. All the rooms are close together though and you can hear everything like people walking in the hall, slamming doors, construction, people above you walking etc. Just make sure to bring ear plugs or don't plan on sleeping outside of the hours of 12 and 6 am.

this hotel is really sketchy. We did not feel safe there. Was attached to an apartment building.

Disappointing that there is not enough parking in the hotel lot. Blower on air conditioning was NOISY!

Rug was wet from air conditioning unit. Parking was challenging

I called the hotel at 7pm to let them know that my flight was delayed and that I would not be there until after midnight. When I got there I was told by the night clerk that my reservation had been cancelled about 1 am. She asked if I had called in and when I told her I had, she pulled out the paper with my reservation. It had the words IN BIG BLACK LETTERS written across that I would not be in until after midnight, I then had to wait for 20-30 minutes until she tried to resolve the problem. Finally, she gave up and gave me a room key. The problem was not resolved until the day shift came in.

Easy check in with friendly, helpful staff. Let me know did not need to drive car to ball stadium; walking easier. They were correct! Soo easy! Saved us time, hassle in parking and $$$ for parking. : ) Everything was great! Would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

It was a great place for us to spend the night. Pool was good and breakfast was fabulous. Only thing couldn't figure out was how to keep air conditioning running. Other than that will stay there again.

They have really good breakfast. The building is really old. So you can smell musky smell. Getting in and out of hotel was tricky because of the traffic and parking lot has hill. Overal it was good for the money. Loved breakfast!

great location, small rooms. staff was pleasant. would stay there again if going to Brewers game

The person at the front desk was not friendly. Went up to our room and discovered that it was below 40 degrees in the room. Windows and air conditioner were leaking in cold air. The heat couldn't keep up with it. Went down stairs to get a different room. Same receptionists said no more rooms like it was our problem nothing else to do but desl with it. Went to eat and see if when we got back the room was warm . 2 hours later came back and still freezing cold. Same temperature as before we left. The. Talked to the manager and he stuffed towels in the air conditioner to block the cold. Then he left to buy a space heater. It took 2 hours more and he was back. This did keep the room warm all night . We learned that all the customers moved across the hall to new rooms because it was so cold in all the rooms on this side of the hotel. They are fixing up rooms and remodeling but our room was slready upgraded. If you want to be cold, I would recommend staying there. I did call the regular manager this week and she was very upset how we were treated at the front desk and sorry the best problem. The night manager josh was helpful and kind to us!

I had the "worst" hotel experience of my entire life!!! Upon arrival to the hotel I smelt a very unpleasant odor. The guest services representative didn't even greet me when I arrived. She just looked at me as if I was interrupting her rest time. I had to announce who I was & state that I had a reservation. The room was freezing cold, it felt like a window was open. They didn't provide any heat so I was freezing all night long!! The rug was soooooooooooo nasty and dirty it honestly looked as if it had NOT been washed in 10 years or more. They should have thrown that disgusting rug in the garbage! The room wasn't fit for a dog! If it wasn't so late I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Needless to say, I changed rooms but the second one was almost as dirty as the first!! I was so disappointed as I usually have a nice stay at Best Western.

This hotel did a great job with updates! Our room was a really nice size and we were so impressed to have a little refrigerator and microwave along with a little bar area for food. The breakfast (free) in the morning was the best i have ever seen at a hotel including hot eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. And the pool was wonderful - very spacious and even had a little dry play area which was great for my little one when she was done with swimming. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights here. While the hotel decor is reminiscent of the 1970's, our room was clean and comfortable. There was a complimentary breakfast each morning. Amenities included a pool and fitness room. The central location made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. I would stay here again.

One night stay for Brewers Game, close to ballpark but the amenities were lacking

Hotel staff was 5 star. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Short walk to Miller Park, just what we were looking for.

The staff were great but there was construction going on at the time and some spots in disarray. Should have the prices decreased during that. Room was clean, hallways needed work on the walls.

Loved the room, the pool was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like were how thin the walls were. We could hear the people snoring and walking around upstairs.

Best Western Woods View Inn satisfied our needs for the weekend. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff (especially Tony) was helpful. We did have an issue one evening ~ a party was going on on the third floor, and people were screaming and yelling. One call to the front desk immediately broke up the party and the police came to take care of the situation. I believe that the staff did their absolute best to take care of this situation as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Would stay here again.

On behalf of the entire team please accept my apologies. While there is little we can do regarding the parking lot we are modernizing our elevator this upcoming winter and it will be beautiful when it is complete. Thank you.
