****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****


Misty Cove features three spacious bedrooms, including two king-sized beds and a cozy queen bed upstairs in the loft, perfect for families or groups. With ample sleeping arrangements, everyone will feel right at home! There is one full bathroom on the main floor and an additional upstairs in the loft room.

Misty Cove is in a PRIME location. There is a gas station 30 seconds from the property. Kroger is 5 minutes away. Dining options are 5-10 minutes away. GCSU and GMC are 15 minutes away from the property. Boat rental companies are also minutes away!

This property has a max capacity of 6 guests, 3 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. This is not a pet friendly home.
