Property and rooms are shabby. Carpets looked worn out and multiple stains around the room on the furniture. Shower was backed up because the drain needs to be cleaned. Staff was friendly but didn’t communicate and I was disturbed by housekeeping multiple times despite having late checkout. Our bathroom shower had pubic hair in it when we first arrived. The towels and hand towels all smelled of mildew so badly that we didn’t even dare shower there. The TV would shut off constantly. Don't plan on getting breakfast at 9:30am. We were told breakfast was until 10am. Went down at 9:30am. Everything was empty and they had no intention of stocking. Toilet paper holder was in the most awkward spot. Literally needed to lean sideways to reach it. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Hotel was definitely outdated. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly however wasn't impressed that her trainee was sucking on a lollipop while checking us in. Housekeeping was friendly.

The lobby was freezing when we arrived, which wasn't terrible because we weren't there long. But the heat was totally off in our room when we got there (not just turned down) so it was also FREEZING. It took a bit for it to warm up. The exterior door in our hallway wasn't locked, we didn't need to use our key to enter the building at all, which wasn't ideal. There was a keypad on the door, must be it just didn't work? The room was nice, other than initially cold, and the breakfast was decent.
