Apple Tree Apt 1 - Conveniently located in the center of Milford, less than a five-minute ride to Cooperstown Dreams Park, or just 10 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown. Laid out efficiently and always sparkling clean, Apple Tree Apartments are a great value for a small family.

Apple Tree Apt 1 is located on the first floor of this duplex, with a private entrance on the front of the building. There is also a back door that leads out to the patio area in the back yard. A gas grill is provided. Enjoy outside dining and relaxing in the private patio area.

This converted historic town office building features an open floor plan with seating, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen and bath are both updated. The bedroom has a queen bed. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room. One is a queen sleeper sofa and one is a twin-size sleeper sofa.

The Village Park is across the street, and Rail Explorers and the Charlotte Valley Railroad station are a block away. This is a scenic railroad that runs only during the day. Three local breweries are close by, one within walking distance.

Love staying at Apple Tree! It was a cozy place with great space. Nicely equipped and a fantastic location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown! Property manager was easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Great location with easy access to all the things to do in Cooperstown. Apartment was very clean. It has all the items that you need. Quiet area. Owners met us and were very helpful and had some nice touches to make the stay enjoyable. A nice place that was exactly what we wanted. Relative quiet location. Access to food, restaurant across the street. Easy access to Dreamparks, 3 miles away. Cooperstown about 15 minutes. Units were in nice condition. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was in good shape. Kitchen was perfect, as we ate in the location most nights. For our needs, this is a great way to spend time in Cooperstown area. Definitely recommend Apple Tree.
