No era lo que esperaba

La reservación la hice para 4 adultos y solo habían dos juegos de toallas , no habia shampoo ni jabón en el baño , tampoco el sofá cama estaba preparado para utilizarse. Llamamos para solicitar las toallas , shampoo, jabon y ropa de cama , nos los llevaron en una hora aproximadamente
