Sorry, but it is bad bad bad! AC doesn’t work and the heat is just impossible. Too old and the o oh good thing, was the guy st the front desk trying to resolve things. But wasn’t able because of the hotels poor condition.

Be careful when booking this hotel

One of the worst stays. The A/C was broke and it was hot in Milan. The manager said that they were trying to fix it but it never happened, there were no fans also. Will never recommend this hotel to anybody. We asked for a partial refund but the manager never obliged. Please be careful when booking this hotel.

It's a reasonable hotel and considering its location, it is absolutely impeccable in terms of value for money and staff are very nice and helpful - however, the rooms are quite small and the general feeling you get from them and from the hotel as a whole is of a rather outdated place; lifts are tiny, too. Overall decent enough hotel

Nice and comfortable stay. Big and clean rooms. its a good location and well connected. Close to shops. Carrefour is closeby and comfortable for quick needs. They didnt provide me a kettle but overall it was nice.

The staff and location were fabulous. Very helpful, pleasant, went out of their way to assist us. Always had someone who could communicate in English. Hotel a bit older but so is Italy and part of the experience. Bed was very comfortable and I have a bad back. Absolutely would stay again!!

I had a great stay at this hotel.

The Hotel Lloyd is a nice hotel with a polite and helpful staff. Good location near Milan’s historic center. The room was compact but comfortable. Very convenient for walking and public transportation. I’ve attached a photo of the lovely view from my room’s window. I did not dine at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food but there are many excellent dining options nearby. I would happily stay there again.
