Great location

Beautiful, clean apartment in an exceptional location close to all transportation and tourist sites. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

The apartment was terrific and as advertised. Check in was easy. Everything was clean and in working order, especially the air conditioner. It was 32 degrees or hotter while we were there and the apartment was always cool and refreshing. Really like the neighborhood with easy access to coffee, restaurants and the metro.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Milan

We loved everything about this apartment, the layout is superb, the beds extremely comfortable, the shower is outstanding, AC works well, the kitchen has everything you need, the windows are big and the location is perfect, everything in Milan within walking distance. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won't regret it!

Overall a good experience. The apartament is very well located 12-15 minutes to the main attraction The Cathedral and Domo en Milan. The space in the apartment seems bigger in the photos but it worked just for both of us, each one one bedroom. Great appliances and the basic kitchen ware. Super clean and great natural login the living room. Although the bedrooms have no much of a fresh air circulation but there is ac units in each bedroom. Love the area.

Quiet neighborhood

We truly enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood out of the tourist bustle. It was within walking distance of the Duomo and shopping with neighborhood shops and restaurants to enjoy. The property was as described but as it was our first-ever stay in Italy we found the entry instructions a bit difficult to understand. Once we figured it out it was simple. If we had arrived after the building entry door had been locked the added step of calling in order to have someone let us in would have made our arrival cumbersome after a trying journey to get to Milan.

They didn’t provide a key to the front door as described in their arrival packets. This required us to buzz in many times in the evening. At one point nobody was answering the buzzer leaving us outside on the sidewalk at night for an extended period.

Perfect place to see Milan!

We stayed for two nights to see the Milanese sights. When we arrived, the building and its surroundings were beautiful! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and everything was clean and accommodating! The beds were so comfortable. One thing...the main bedroom seems to be a king, not a full bed. Which was an added nice surprise! For America, a full-size bed accommodates one, maybe two people. A king-size bed accommodates two adults. If I could give this place an 11, I would! This was the PERFECT place to stay! Thank you!

Great Location, Exactly as Advertised

My son is studying in Milan. We planned a whirlwind trip to Italy starting in Milan. The apt was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, comfortable beds, nice place, clean, quiet. Check in lacked a personal touch but we didn't need that. The manager sent us a video that was super easy to follow and everything went very smooth. Two things I would suggest. First, it would be nice if the manager would turn on the AC units before we checked in. It was very warm and took time to cool down. After traveling all day that was annoying. Second, the shower is small. We compared it to a cruise we took 25 years ago. The shower door didn't fit so you had to be very careful to not push the shower door open while showering. But, showers seem to be a thing during our Italy trip and we would stay at this property again. The shower issue was a small nuisance. The apt is very nice and I would recommend it.Oh, one more thing. The access to the centrale train station was awesome. Using the train system is super convenient especially for day trips (Lake Como).

Milan apartment

This place is very nice and certainly reasonable for a great location in the center of Milan. A couple items of note however. The two bedrooms are below ground so you really cannot reach the windows to open them. This was not uncomfortable but just worth noting. The password for the internet was SUPER long and misprinted so that was a bit annoying and after several attempts I texted them and they gave me correct password. They also put a very uninviting cover all over the sofa I suspect because it is white and had gotten dirty. Lastly, the documentation EasyLife required for booking the reservation was a bit over the top. They have a software to take a selfie while you hold up your ID but it was impossible to upload the picture once it was taken. Lots of texts just to book the reservation because of their software! In any event, all in all the pluses still outweighed the minuses. Apartment was very clean and the building has an attendant. The young gentleman who checked us in was very nice.

Anything but “Easy”

The best I can say is that the location of this property made easy walking to many sites and restaurants, and that the area felt safe. Our experience with booking/billing/check-in was anything but easy. First, the relationship between “Easylife” properties and VRBO is unique and did not feel well integrated. I was bounced back and forth trying to solve a billing problem for the non-refundable reservation. Secondly, the day before our arrival in Milan we were provided with contact information of the person who was to meet us. We were courteous, texting up to date information of our arrival time. We arrived shortly after the 3:00 check-in with no one there nor responding to texts or phone calls. We called a different number on the door labeled “Easylife” within the apartment building, which we had assumed was an office but turned out to be the apartment. We described that we had been waiting for over 45 minutes and our contact was not responding to our texts or calls. They stated they would send a video and abruptly hung up. Although puzzled at this response, we then received a text message with a video of someone walking from the property location to a bike rack 2 blocks away that had a lock box on it with the keys inside. We later learned this is their idea of a “Modern and convenient form of self check-in”. This was the last of 4 VRBO properties we had in Italy and by far the least “Easy” and hospitable. I would not choose to stay in an Easylife property again.
