Having travelled all over Italy I appreciated a manned front desk and elevator. The staff was wonderful and kind. They helped with change for the laundry mat. We didn’t have the breakfast but the space and food looked amazing. Ery modern and clean. Loved that it was close to the central station also.

Good location and very clean room but it's no more than a bed and breakfast. It's not a hotel and not a 3star hotel. Rooms are very small and very overpriced. Apart from that, the place was fine for a family

Staff was very nice and accommodating during the duration of the stay. Hotel is clean and cute. Surrounding area is noisy but that is expected due to the city. One of the few hotels that offers parking for a reasonable rate as well!

Great hotel!

An intimate, smart family run hotel full of delightful staff who made us feel welcome at all times. The room was generous in size and clean an and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh self service with quality ingredients. I reserved one of the 2 parking spots which was fantastic as unknown to me they have EV charging right at the private parking… after 900 miles on 2 days it was such a bonus. 15 minutes to the station with local restaurants and a bar right outside. Highly recommend Biocity!

Decent accommodation in area away from most things but easy enough to get around. AC was rather problematic changing from the temp we’d set overnight to blasting like the artic early morning. When we alerted the staff they said turn it off so instead we boiled. Not very eco friendly to blast the AC. Also very loud one night as it was the owner’s birthday with music blasting until midnight. A fine stay but will definitely look elsewhere next time in Milan
