This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat is located in the urbanisation Jardines de Calahonda Phase II, situated close to the coast road halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella. The complex was built in the 1980's and has some of the best subtropical gardens in the area and boasts a magnificent swimming pool.
South facing, first floor flat, overlooking the garden and pool; 5 minutes walk to Luna beach and the coastal path, without having to cross the road. Within walking distance you will also find the shopping centres Los Cipreses and El Campanario with supermarkets (Lidl and Maskon), chemist, banks, cafés, restaurants, kiosk, dry cleaner / laundry, florist, etc.... Jardines de Calahonda has its own local bar in the neighbourhood, useful to enjoy a refreshing drink, a snack or an ice cream.
Sitio de Calahonda is situated about 35 kilometres by car from Malaga airport, between the town of Fuengirola and Marbella.
