This beautiful two bedroom, penthouse apartment is located in Royal Beach complex in Calahonda. The beachfront apartment offers stunning sea views and the complex has a communal swimming pool, which has direct access to the beach, boardwalk and beach restaurant. The complex is within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment offers hot & cold vented aircon and free WIFI.



This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor, with access by stairs and is arranged over two levels. The open plan living space offers a dining seating area for four people and a lounge seating area, furnished with a sofa and a 49¨smart TV, plus Apple TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lower terrace can be accessed from the lounge, dining area and benefits from a lounge seating area. There is also use of the extra fridge on this terrace and views to the pool, beachfront and sea can be enjoyed. Follow the steps up to the roof terrace to enjoy a whole level of outdoor living and entertainment. The roof terrace is furnished with a large lounge seating area, a dining seating area, sunbeds, a shower, a small table with high stools and a gas BBQ.
