This modern three bedroom villa is located in Riviera del sol and is just 2km away from the beach and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Max beach club. Just 1.5km away is Riviera Sports Club, which you will find access to paid facilities such as a gym, padel and tennis courts, along with a bar and restaurant. The villa has access to a shared pool along with eleven other villas on the complex. The villa offers a carport, hot & cold aircon units, ceiling fans and free WIFI.



The tastefully furnished villa is arranged over two floors, with access from the street level. Enter into the large open plan living space to find the well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. The lounge space benefits from an L shaped sofa with two poofs stored in the side and a 65" smart TV. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and six chairs and gives access to the terrace and garden. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The terrace enjoys lounge and dining seating areas, with a gas BBQ. There are also sun lounger and a parasol. The split level garden area is grassed and from here you can access the communal pool.
