Wonderful hotel..the beds are out of this world for sleeping! Very clean and fresh rooms!

I have been to this hotel numerous times and they always offer nice, clean rooms and provide great service

this hotel is very comfortable staff is very nice and helpful. We had a great stay

First of all, this is Midland Texas. There is not a lot here for a grand vacation, and we were aware of that. We were visiting family. We were looking for a close place to sleep basically. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel was under renovations. We were not previously informed of this in any way. The entreance to the hotel was blocked, so we walked around to the side entrance. The front desk was awkwardly relocated to a conference room, that appeared to be in use by a group of women having a conference. When we checked in, we were assigned a room on the first floor (under construction), and had to walk through construction zones to actually get to the room. We could hear the jack hammering from our room. There was a spider in the room, which we laughed about, then headed out to meet up with family. When we returned, we went to sleep, woke up, and discovered a live cockroach inhabiting my daughters bed. Not cool. The hotel staff (which I rated decent) was proactive and moved us immediately to the 3rd floor upon my husband's request. This room was better, but the bath tub clean out was rusted out, and a bit nasty. I was tempted to just sleep in the car. The walls were not very insulated, so we could hear a lot from the people around us. I wasn't looking for a 5-star hotel...but the Hampton has a better reputation than this. At one point, we were herded through the administrative offices to avoid construction, where there was an empty beer bottle visable and was a general mess. I understand that you need to remodel at times, but it was seriously disorganized.

average hotel but the price is outrageous and not worth the lack of quality.

Hotel great. Room clean and very comfortable. Will stay at this Hotel again soon.

Good atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was big and good. ( except for the powdered eggs) all in all a great experience

all was well and clean i would stay again if i go again

The Staff was friendly at check in and called the room to see if the room was comfortable and did I need anything for the room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. They serve breakfast starting at 6AM. The food was good, the coffee was great with several to choose from. The dining room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend to anyone. The price was a little high but due to the shortage of hotel vacancies because Midland is a busy town. Call early for reservations, Close to the airport, Shopping and restaurants.

Stayed at comfourt inn for $164 per night until found this hotel near all the stores and movie theatre for way cheaper.

we were in town shopping for a house. my daughter said that she rather stay at the hotel instead.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.Hotel was a little hard to find since it was hidden between the moveie theatre and car lot but well worth the hasel. Highly recomended!!

Everything was fine except the check-in. [...]

Hotel was in a great location, The coffee could have been better and the sheets on the bed did not fit the bed. the bed was very comfortable but I ended up sleep on a bare mattress most of the time.

The Hampton Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pillowtop mattress was awesome. The staff was very informative, helpful and professional. The continental breakfast was good. We definately got our monies worth and then some. I would definately recommend this hotel to family and friends.
