The tv was small for the room need more pillows for the bed

Very nice staff. Nice and decent place for a fare rice

Should I even start, arrived at check-in time no one in office, had to wait for about 10 minutes. Next, the first room didn't have a working TV, NO working phone, dirty towels in the bathroom, smoke detector missing and DEAD bolt lock on the door was broke. At my request moved to another room, and, analog TV (fuzzy and go in-and-out) volume wise, bath tub dirty, refrigerator wasn't operating properly and to top it off, bed bugs. The property was in the process of remodeling but the grass and weeds were high in most areas and a whole lot of bbq pits which is a sign of a homeless hotel. My wife and I was celebrating our wedding anniversary yesterday and thought it would be enjoyable just the two of us. She wasn't happy and couldn't sleep all night and checked out as soon as we could. Noisy neighbors with music playing at night and a lot of noise PERIOD. Wasted our money on something that was supposed to be enjoyable. We stayed at a ABVI in other cities and states and thought this would be feasible but I was wrong. I usually don't complain but this takes the cake. Never return to this hotel!

Did not like anything about this property. Did not stay. left to find a decent place to stay the night. Roaches greeted us as the door was opened, the ceiling was falling down and the chair had spent more time outside than in side. Fire alarm was open without a battery(fire code).fridge was nasty and no lamp shade . it was a DUMP.

This property was missing basic fixtures like countertops, had holes in walls, visible mold and rust in sink. Police showed up during my stay, knocking on doors at random to ask about a missing child. They need to start cleaning rooms and they need to fix their broken down facilities. There is still broken glass everywhere.

Would’ve been nice to have working showers. Or working electrical outlets.

UPON CHECK IN WENT TO ROOM AND OPENED DOOR. TURNED ON LIGHT SWITCH-NO LIGHTS. USED LIGHT FROM CELL PHONE WENT TO LAMP--NO BULBS. 3 LAMPS NO BULBS. LIGHT SWITCH IN BATHROOM WORKED. NO DOOR NOB ON BATHROOM DOOR. NO POWER TO TV. NO CABLE ATTACHMENT.. COULD NOT LOCK DEADBOLT FROM INSIDE. HAD TO RUN PERSONAL EXTENSION CORD TO BATHROOM OUTLET TO OPERATE MY CPAP MACHINE. ALL MANAGEMENT COULD SAY WAS 'O'REALLY WILL GET AFTER MAINTAINENCE MAN" TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

The layout of the hotel is confusing. It’s hidden behind a motel 6 and some other lodge. It looks overly run down with rusty bars hanging from the stairs and rust stains on the edge of the 2nd floor. My cell phone had died on the way into town and I was trying to call my wife to let her know I made it and my cell died, but the landline phone in the room wouldn’t let me call out. I called the front desk to ask about the phones and she didn’t know how to operate the phone to call out. The shower curtain was about to fall off the wall. There was a hole in the wall in the shower. The carpet looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. There were toenail clippings still all over the floor and the unit in the room looked and smelled like the filter hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The bolt lock on the door didn’t line up so I couldn’t fully secure the door. The room could be very nice with some attention to detail in the room. I travel alone sometimes and usually choose cheaper places to stay because I don’t spend A lot of time in my room and don’t need much, but this place was way below par even at the price.

Worst hotel experience ever. mary at the front desk was rude when checking us in. 1st room we were put in, the door handle broke and I was trapped in the room with a baby. Called front desk for help, they "sent" the maintenance man but he never showed so I opened the window and called out to another guest for help. 2nd room they moved me to was dirty & appliances/ fire alarm were broken. Basically looked like they just made the beds and didn't clean the room. 3rd room we were put into was a lot better, until I realized the heater was broken. The room got cold and I had to make sure the baby was warm since I "couldn't check out" the same day I checked in. Checked out the next morning and got a refund for the night. Definitely won't be returning.

My room had the shower curtain rod hanging on by one screw, would not turn into a shower, had dirty forks on top if the fridge, a blizzard in the freezer, phone was unplugged and didn't work when I plugged it in. When I briught this to the staffs attention she didn't care.

IF YOU HAVE A EMERGNCY AND YOU NEED TO FIND SOME WHERE TO STAY. YOU CAN GET ONE GET ONE ON LINE OR JUST GO IN.THEY ARE NOT TO PRETTY BUT THEY GOT SOME CLEAN ROOMS BUT YOU HAVE TO BOOK ON LINE

Room smelled damp and old. Had a hole in the wall. Due to the smell and lack of exterior maintenance. I opted out of my remaining days stay.

No A/C - Heater. (broken) Hard to find a place to park. Very dirty room. Overall motel looks trashed. TV is pretty good. Bed and pillows are pretty good quality. Smoke alarm not working.

it was very pleasant room very spacious. and great location.

This hotel is disgusting!!! There was a cockroach in the bathroom, a half drank bottle of water in the fridge, hair, dirt and GLASS in the bathtub. It was nasty!!!
