The hotel itself needs a facelift. Possibly put in a kitchen or a small dispensary so we avoid going to the CVS outside. Also a small fridge and coffeemaker to the rooms might be a pleasant addition. Other than that pretty straightforward with everything else.

It’s bright and clean and an easy walk to the beach. To park you get sent to a public parking garage a few blocks away and the “resort fee” came as an unwelcome surprise.

Your mention of the Resort fees was a surprise I'm sure, but as we inform all of our guests, those fees are optional, and in your case chose to not add them on.

This place is not a hotel as it is advertised. The hallway was incredibly stinky and dirty. Room was ok. It is an old building and needs renovation desperately.

The lobby is beautiful and the property is conveniently located. The staff were kind, accommodating, and professional. However, the hall carpets were disgusting, the elevator light was on, and twice the fire alarm went off. Also, the noise outside was horrible. It was the cheapest room in Miami Beach to sleep 4 hours before catching our flight. Unfortunately, we didn't get to sleep much at all.

This hotel is a diamond in the ruff all will be excellent once the manager reinsitutes the opening of the restaurant and rooftop bar (post covid) the staff are so warm, friendly and accommodating. They should change the carpet in the hallways leading to the room because the bleach stains on the carpet give a misconception as you walk to the room. The rooms are nice and look just like the pictures.
