Close to transportation , great location , right at the beach

DO NOT BOOK ANY OF THE PENTHOUSE SUITS.. We arrived 45min after check-in and our “Penthouse” wasn’t ready. Room was not ready until 4:30pm. We were offered drink tickets for the inconvenience, which I later learned were part of the Resort fee which everyone pays for. The penthouse suits are awful! No privacy and loud due to the roof top bar foot traffic past your rooms. I’ve stayed at TH 3x and this past stay will be my last. Staff was great, but penthouse rooms are a scam.

It wasn’t a bad hotel but there was definitely downsides starting with my first room the shower head didn’t move so no matter what the floor got wet, then we woke up with cockroach in the room, the stuff that morning were very nice and moved our room but then on the last day no one called me about check out until 2:30 far after the check out so they charged me $75 for a late check out I was unaware of the check out time due to being told a different time. All in all it became a very unpleasant stay.

I have stayed at this hotel probably close to 30 times. There are some nice changes with the new management (access to beach chairs & umbrellas now), but also some strong negatives. There is no body lotion in the bathroom, which would have been nice to have. The bed only had two somewhat scratchy sheets on it - no duvet or blanket. There was also no extra in the closet, so I had to have them bring one up from the lobby. The biggest problem was that the thermostat was broken (not registering), so it was blowing out 60 degree non-stop the entire time. Because the hotel was full, I would have been downgraded to a room, so I declined and regulated the temperature myself by getting up several times in the night to turn the air completely off and then turn it back on when it got too warm. While apologetic, management was basically like, "it is what it is" and I would bet it's 50/50 that they'll actually get it fixed before the next guest comes. I came out of this trip with the Townhouse at a B-. You cannot beat the location (in my opinion) as it's less than a block to the beach and on the quieter side of the beach north of Lincoln, which is a plus.

The hotel staff here was so helpful and friendly! The location is perfect. Right next to the beach and the tip of south beach is a 45 minute walk or quick bike ride.

Great hotel for the price. Wish we could of visited the outside bar but closed due to the rain

This hotel was the perfect inexpensive getaway and it’s super close to the beach. As a female who came by herself the location was super safe (even for late night runs to a nearby stores). Also the crowd in this area is more mature which was what exactly I was looking for. The staff was super accommodating and made me feel extremely welcomed and valued. The rooms can just use an extra light when getting ready to go out at night. I’ve been to Miami many times and this was the best thanks to this hotel. Will be back again!

Our stay at the Townhouse was great. Very attentive staff, very clean however since it is in the art-deco district the room has stark accomodations. We were only in the room to shower and sleep so it served us just fine. If your looking for fancy this isn't the place. 2 block walk to the beach. Beach chairs provided but umbrella was $20.00/day.

Good basic hotel. Perfect location. Neighbor hotel Raleigh has a great pool and free to use for Townhouse guests. Only thing, bring your own hair blowdryer, shampoo and bodywash... Rooftop employees are amazing!!! Had a great time.

We have stayed here every Thanksgiving for the past 4 years. This visit, no roof access (it would have been considerate to mention this when we booked this last trip, as it's one of our favorite features), Parisian breakfast is now an additional $10 & all of the staff has changed. We were advised that the hotel is under new management. I loved this place, but now seriously considering an alternative for our next visit. What a bummer.

The only thing worth the price of this hotel is the location, everything else looks and feels like a 2-star hotel. Elevator wasn't working for the 3 days we stayed there, no one offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience considering we were staying on the fourth floor. I wouldn't recommend this place, for a little more you could stay at a nicer hotel with the same location.

Great location and I loved how small the hotel was but I was disappointed that there was no pool, didn't even realize when I was booking the room but my biggest complaint would be the quality of the bed and pillows-very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and all in all it was well kept.

Hotel location great, bed not so much platform type w/ thin mattress. Very basic room clean enough to stay in. Breakfast boiled eggs, old bagels, OJ fabulous. Staff very friendly. Eat breakfast at Maxine's on Collins. Dadeland & Adventura mall a most... Beach chairs, towels, umbrella great along with drinks, food. Water sold on beach FYI

Our stay at the townhouse hotel was very pleasant. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, only few steps from beach. Being there with a baby the only inconvenience was the lack of a ramp, however most of the times a staff member was there ready to help us. Overall great value for the price
