Centrally located and new property.
Was in town for Ultra Music Festival. Property was very walkable to and from the festival, and I didn't feel unsafe. The balcony was quite spacious and the views were nice. Several decent restaurants within a couple of blocks, and a large CVS nearby for shopping needs. Issues with the hotel and room, though: Friday night there were not enough wash cloths and I had to ask multiple times for some to be brought. Saturday we were left with no bath towels. Room was particularly noisy and on Monday (check out day) we noticed the balcony door did not close/seal all the way. Thermostat sometimes would drift up about 4 degrees from the setpoint. No bathroom vent.
Not a great location for walk ability. Highway noise is bad. Hotel felt like a Days Inn.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a full weekend of events at Bayfront park, and we were able to walk there every day. Great breakfast at the restaurant. We were very happy with our room.
Hotel is centrally located, walking distance to arena. It's a hidden gem, hotel rooms feel new and are well kept. I wish the weather was better because the pools on the 14th floor are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice property and location. Housekeeping was poor- my room was cleaned 3 days after check in. I requested service on the 2nd day of my arrival. When housekeeping came by, the quality of the cleanliness was poor. The carpet and toilet we're dirty. It seemed the only thing that was serviced were the replacement of towels, shampoo, and lotions.
Great customer service from the moment I walked in. The receptionists provided me with a complimentary drink as well which was a very nice gesture to welcome a guest.
The view of the bay was amazing!

For the most part, my stay was nice. We were there during Labor day weekend and due to the storm, not many people were at the hotel. Great pool on the 14th floor. We went to the bar and had great service in the day, however after the staff change in the evening our experience was not as good. The staff was not very helpful at all. It was lovely at the bar earlier. The credit card machine was not working so everything was charged to the room. Overall good hotel, not too far from the Rolling Stones Concert we attended. I would stay there again
The location overlooking the bay is appealing. Pleasant varieties for breakfast. Excellent staff.
