Enjoyed! Will definitely come back.

Couldn’t reach front desk - multiple tries - no answer.

For the most part, my stay was nice. We were there during Labor day weekend and due to the storm, not many people were at the hotel. Great pool on the 14th floor. We went to the bar and had great service in the day, however after the staff change in the evening our experience was not as good. The staff was not very helpful at all. It was lovely at the bar earlier. The credit card machine was not working so everything was charged to the room. Overall good hotel, not too far from the Rolling Stones Concert we attended. I would stay there again

The location overlooking the bay is appealing. Pleasant varieties for breakfast. Excellent staff.

Room carpet filthy, noisy air conditioner. Will not return back or recommend this property

Nice hotel... great room by tue pook. Nice room and breakfast was fee M

Loved everything about this hotel, I was skeptical because I never heard of this hotel. But the stay was great. Wish I could take the bathroom home with me lol.

excellent, nice service, beautiful view of the bay

Great hotel, changed quite a bit since our last stay, new restaurant wich was great. Great location for venues at American airlines arena. Will stay again.

Pros: Great hotel, excellent service, beautiful room, comfortable bed. Cons (minor): confusing lighting controls- couldn’t get the mini bar light to turn off, and the sliding door to the patio wouldn’t lock.

For the price, I expected more: more service; more room; more of a restaurant and not to be hit with "resort" fee when I did eat in the restaurant that was there. Calling the front desk took 5 attempts WiFi took 4 attempts and then I had to get a new PW Room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable - but it cost $400 My room was strangely laid out and the light switches did not work very well and were hard to figure out I felt like the staff was there on break from their real job.

I stayed for two nights on business. Convenient location, very good staff and interesting building design. The rooms were nice. My only negative comment about the hotel is the confusing maze of hallways to find your room.

This is not a 5 star hotel. 4 star at best. You have to climb stairs to get into the hotel and the checkin is actually on 3rd floor. The bathroom had no door, and neither did the shower. The floor was very slippery when wet. The toilet was so weak it would barely flush toilet paper (a clog hazard which did happen). Coffee nespresso pods were good

No hot water in the shower Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcccc

Very good, clean, chic, and personal very hospitable and welcoming!.
