It has a bathroom and private entrance for extra comfort and privacy, and separated via door from the adjacent apartment.

+ No daily Housekeeping

+ Smoking fee of $250.00.

+ Late checkout fee of $50.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM. Past 12:15 PM full nights price.

+ If you get locked out of the property, there is a $100 locksmith fee after 6PM.

+ Respect quiet hours:

+ Weekdays: 9 PM–8 AM

+ Weekends: 10 PM–10 AM

+ For reservations made through VRBO or our direct booking website, a security deposit of $300 to $1,000, depending on the length of stay, is required, along with a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization form.

+ No packages or mail accepted. Please use a nearby pickup location. Sending packages here is at your own risk; we are not responsible for lost or unaccepted items.
