Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location.

The place charges for everything you need on top of everything you will prepay, the workers were very nice and I understand they only follow protocol.

Loved the retro feel! Clean, friendly nice hotel with great pool and close to beach & nightlife. Dated but in a cool art deco way. Would stay again.

Very charming smaller hotel with all of the basics covered. If you want a clean place right on the beach then this is your spot.

The hotel itself is ok.The lobby is upgraded and very nice however the rest of the facility is dated but clean. Do not spend the extra for ocean veiw. You cannot see any of the ocean due to the large palm trees blocking any veiw. Valet parking is expensive due to the fact there ia no where to park

Great location, very clean, right in front of the beach. Helpful staff at the front desk and lobby.

I would've given this hotel a higher rating, but we had to move due to our room not having hot water. The first room was also very small and in need of some updating. We informed the front desk of the water issue and they upgraded us to a nicer/brighter room overlooking the pool and the beach. Hotel staff provided us with beach chair vouchers and new towels each morning. They even gave us a complimentary continental breakfast voucher and extra beach chair vouchers for friends that were not staying at the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again as the hotel in on the beach and in a great South Beach location.

It was less than expected. Staff was very friendly, but hotel room was out dated and in poor condition. Wanted to check out after checking in. Very strange smell in room had to keep the window open throughout the stay. Bathroom in room was less than clean. Would not stay again.

The staff was excellent. Keno the valet can give you any information you need to know about the city. Nice place to stay.

My experience was awful. The air condition didn't work. The bathroom was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

It is a lie , the hotel is worse than it looks like and very old

Walked right out the pool area to the beach. The drinks on the beach was pricey, kind of odd since they make them at the hotel. Other than that great service and food.

The total staff from front desk to room service were warmly efficient & helpful w/every sort of question. The pool & all other amenities were guest oriented to make the stay comfortable, casual & relaxing. Our room was superbly located w/direct access to the pool, 5 steps away, but set back w/our own deck of the French Doors w/perfect shade & protection from the wind. The neighborhood was away from the tourist noise from the bars & tour promoters. The neighborhood was interesting & charming in every direction we chose to explore the architecture, shops & beaches. The availability of bikes & off street parking made our every pursuit convenient.

Small basic room. Very expensive drinks and food. Nice pool and access to the beach

Staffs are very friendly and helpful but room service is pretty lame and requires a major improvement!

Should be rated a 1 star hotel! Walls are paper thin and can hear people talking in rooms( every word). I tried to find another hotel in the area, and I didn't care how much the cost would be. Would never stay here again!

Great location next to the beach and Collins ave. and Linconln road.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Richmond Hotel. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub and is right on the beach. The hotel is also in a great location in regards to everything in South Beach (shopping, restaurants, clubs, bars).the center of everything I have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The rooms are dated but the decor is in line with that whole Art Deco feel. I look forward to returning next year.

This was an excellent hotel stay! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was great! It was a little daunting to walk through the hotel to get to the elevators to our room, it was only a problem at check in and check out because there are a few stairs and we had to pick up our heavy luggage. I'm guessing this means there wasn't much of a bell hop service. It didn't bother me much. The stay was great and I return back if I didn't see how great the other hotels looked on the Collins Ave strip. :-)

Walls are paper thin. People were vulgar in rooms next door and I had to switch rooms. Customer service was poor. Amenities are poor. Not even free Wifi. Pool is not clean. No service by the pool. Just a spring break place.
