We booked this location in early October for our daughters wedding. Needed all 8 bedrooms and pics looked great. Foget the simple things like no coffee pot, broken stairs etc. We arrived, checked in, all 18 of us, unloaded cars, got settled in and left for dinner. While at dinner received 7 missed calls prior to noticing. Called back thinking house burnt down or something. Was told that owner decided not to rent the house and we needed to evacuate immediately. Police were called and said under the law if they change their mind we must leave. At 11:30pm all of us had to reload car and secure someplace to stay! Wedding dress and all. This was National Chapionship weekend and houses were not available. The owner did not cancel or refund my money until the next day at 9:33am. To make this even worse they listed the house on VRBO while we were packing up! Rented the house the next day for twice as much as I paid or it. This owner and JC from management company are crooks. Be aware before you book any of their properties. You may think you have a place but in fact really don’t. Horrible humans to do this to people. In addition they block reviews so you can’t see the comments. Check closely
