Our stay was a bit less than perfect. Would have given the property 4.5 Stars if I could. The property was very clean, the bed comfortable, the kitchen reasonably equipped, and it was in a great location. We would definitely consider staying here again. What was less than perfect? Communications. We discovered we did not have hot water in the unit when we went to take a shower. We understand these glitches can happen. The property was more than fair when they compensated us for the problem. It was the communication that we were unhappy with. We couldn’t reach anybody for a couple hours. We were told that the whole building didn’t have hot water and that they hoped to have it fixed the next day. We received an email later telling us we’d be informed immediately when the problem was fixed. We never heard a thing from them.

So many problems! They don't do early check-ins, and there is nowhere to keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out times. The unit was dingy and dirty looking. Also there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom! Called the number as this is a remotely managed rental property (no front desk), and they said the hot water had been out for the whole building for days. Yet they let us check in and assumed we would be OK with having no hot water???? So we took cold showers and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping left barely any coffee for the Keurig, and only 3 bath towels for our 4-day stay for 2 people. It was noted in writing that housekeeping would only come if we paid an additional fee. After calling to complain about the hot water situation, they said they would contact the building manager and get an update on when hot water would be restored, and call me back. They never called back all day, so we gave up and had to book another hotel. Will be disputing the charges for our 4 day stay because not having hot water is unacceptable!

Room was nice had what we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals. Was little loud at night with the traffic and cars racing Location is perfect quick easy walk to beach With no elevator it was hard to carry suitcases up to the 2nd floor

Spacious and clean room with very good kitchenette (full size stove, refrigerator and microwave). The location is great for us which was an important consideration when we booked. We’ve stayed in South Beach many times in the past few years so know our way around.

Whenever I travel to South South Beach, this is where I try to stay. It seems like this hidden gem that nobody seems to know about. Just a great place especially if you’re on a business trip. Right down from Española. Never had a bad time.

Wonderful experience

Everything was wonderful from the communication for check in to the adorable room to stay in. The room was adorable! Everything was within walking distance. The food options was amazing and very close by and we were right in the middle of all the action. Highly recommend.

I have no idea how they got so many good reviews.

Feeling compelled to write this review because of how much the good reviews oversold this property. Dirty property, dirty room, filthy couch, ants and mosquitos. Shower plumbing was installed backwards so hot = cold and I had to call maintenance to figure that out. Water pressure is almost non existent. There's a light in the stairway up to the room but it's only on during the day, not at night. Like what??? Very dark and sketchy. I'll give them credit for the AC being nice and cold, bed being comfy, and the TV working. But I will not ever stay here again and you shouldn't either.

Too expensive for the room you get. Confuse registration. Bed is not very good. No elevator, be ready to move your luggage to second floor by yourself. Overall is ok, clean and good location, but probably around need to be cleaned and updated
