It's close to south beach, and Bal harbor, 10 minutes by boat to Haulover inlet with no fixed bridges to the ocean (just 50 miles to the Bahamas), a private 40ft boat slip awaits with 30 amp service, a heated salt water ready pool, 2 car garage, home office and breath taking views and sunsets can be taken in while you layout on your private dock. Walk down the block and enjoy golf, outdoor tennis, and a kids playground.
