Our room was tiny and I mean this as a full size bed and barely enough room to walk around it. The air didn't work. Had to go get the guy who came back with a bunch of remotes. Tv tiny. The bathroom is almost the same size as our room. Literally. The shampoo comes in a soap dispenser on the wall and is just not good soap. Leaves you feeling a little gross. And only one outlet. The remote doesn't really work only changes the channel nothing else. Not on. Not off and not the volume. But I guess it's alright if you just need somewhere to sleep the bed is a thin spring mattress though so you'll feel those springs. But for 90 bucks super 8 would have been better.

I had a nice experience, I landed at 9 am and the hotel readily checked me in 930AM!!! . They did not charge me any early check in fee. +Flexible checkin(i checked in at 930 am without any additional fee) +Free parking +breakfast is average Cons -Toilet is not so clean -Room is very small Miami south beach is 15 min drive.

We knew it was a sketchy motel when they handed us an actual key and the remote for the tv. There was hair in the bed and no mattress pads, so you slept almost directly on the mattress. To turn on the TV, you had to use a light switch on the wall to activate the power to the TV and then one remote to turn the TV on and another remote to change the channel. There were holes in the wall from what looked like somebody punched the wall. The complimentary breakfast was some half opened single serving cereal containers and milk that had been left out in the sun. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in and I was extremely uncomfortable. I would never recommend this motel to anyone. I booked two nights, only stayed one and cancelled the second night, I couldn't get my money back on this awful motel. I will not be using Orbitz again either.

It's a clean enough rather basic motel. It just happens to be in a primo spot.

I have stayed here on several trips to the U.S. And have been forgiving in the past. And while the amenities are nice enough for a day or two the staffing is just getting worse and worse. Not once have I seen the same face at the counter. This time a rude young man who was being belittled by his own coworkers as I tried to check in. I know from experience that this Motel has a lenient smoking policy. Half the rooms that I have seen there have a distinctive odor of smoke. This man tried to put me in the worst of them all. To top it off all of the buttons on the AC unit had been removed. When I asked him to change me he begrudgingly did so which required no less than three trips back and forth to exchange room card, parking pass and luggage. I told this young man that I needed. 4 AM wake up call and he told me they had no way of programming it into their phone system but assured me he would leave a note for the night crew. I checked back later and made the same request again, hoping that this young insolent would be gone and that I could request from the person who would actually be calling. Again and with almost a sneer he repeated that he would leave a note. Of course there was no wake up call and I ran late for the airport. The night shift person said he knew nothing about it. I most definitely will have to rethink my options in Miami. Maybe you should too. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and have given great reviews.

Got different room that was slightly better so it had to do. Whole place smelled of mildew,and could definitely use renovation.

Nice motel near bus stop and restaurant (Burger King).

I was on the phone with my father ,I was crying about not having anywhere to go with my son the next thing I know police is at my door talking about they got a call for someone in distress screaming for help I told them I apologize I was on the phone with my father I didn't know I was loud I told them there was noone screaming for help literally I was saying it to my dad then I thought everything was ok then I go to pay my room and the staff tells me she wants me to leave I was shocked but didn't argue and took my things to go I asked if I I can call someone to pick meee up so I won't n be on the street with my son she told me no n asked the police to make me stand across the street I was hurt freezing and shocked I couldn't believe how rude they were to me I am black so I felt they took a really ruff approach thinking is flip on them or something but I won't recommend anyone to stay here.

Ok place for about two night stay. AC cant handle the room,

My best friend and I needed a no frills, but safe place to stay in Miami for one night on our way to the Keys. We chose Bianco based on location, free parking, free breakfast, and cost. We had to greet the front desk associate when we arrived instead of her acknowledging us. They actually issue you the tv remote when you check in! Who does that? The condition of the room was so poor it negated the positive amenities. Super small, the walls were filthy, a door had actually been painted over during renovation, furniture was broken, and the sheets on the bed actually had holes! It was the second worst place I've ever stayed and my friend's worst. If your only other option is to sleep in your car, the Bianco MIGHT be the better choice.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I slept in the room 1 night and stayed at a friends for the remainder. I would wake up every 30 minutes to make sure there were no bugs. The room was disgusting. The room had a mold/ mildew smell which left me a little ill the next day. The sheet cover was torn, pillow had a yellow stain. The window was rusted and could not open. Everything was rusted including the walls and soap holder in the bathroom. The curtains had white stains. The shower had rust and dirt. It was like a scene from a scary movie. I feared for my safety due to the lack of security and the plastic chain that was used which had a sign that read no trespassing. There were huge roaches that I feared would crawl on me. I asked the front desk if there was another room and was told they were sold out. I did not have enough money to find another place to stay so I paid one of my friends to stay with them for 3 nights. I would never recommend this place it was absolutely horrifying for me. I took pictures as proof. and I really wish you guys take them of your site. It was room 10A on the first floor if you guys would like to see for yourself.

I stayed here right after they completed their renovations. They are trying to go upscale, but the location just won't allow for that... neither will the clientele. However, I got a clean, comfortable room. Good value!

Their staff are completely rude, the room was dirty since day one. The shower had bugs, housekeeping were only changing the towels and making my bed but not cleaning.

My boyfriend and I stayed here the night before our cruise because we wanted to be close to the port we left out of and I can say I would not stay here again even if the room was free. First pulling in, it definitely did not look like I imagined from the pictures and wasn't in the greatest of areas. I didn't want to base it off first impression so I stayed positive and went to check in. The woman at the check in desk was extremely rude and didn't seem to care in anyway about customer service or even just giving us a welcoming hi. Also, the lobby does not look like the pictures, very outdated now. After the bad attitude and horrible service from the woman in the lobby, we went to check into room 36. Walking over to the room, right next to the laundry room, there were 3 or 4 staff members sitting in there smoking, drinking, and were very very very loud. The curtains were too small in the windows so if someone wanted to watch you sleep, they could. The wall was cut out so an outdated ac could be put in. We couldn't put our finger on it but the room had a horrible strong smell. We had a yellow pillow on our bed that smelled of pure body odor. The rest of the pillows and sheets seemed clean. The shower was adjusted so you could only make the water a certain temperature, which ended up being very cold. Lastly, the wifi only works in the lobby. The only positive thing about this motel was when leaving a man and his son were checking customers out and they were extremely friendly and pleasant. Booking a different hotel and spending an extra 20 dollars is definitely worth it. I would never go back.
