Had a great stay during U. Miami Family Weekend! Convenient location with easy access to the Metro line to campus. Breakfast was included in our reservation and it as wonderful, with buffet options as well as very nice and helpful table waitstaff providing options for made to order eggs. We will definitely stay here again!

Bad communication between front desk and Valet regarding Valet cost. Front desk told me price fluctuates daily between $32-$39 and that my cost each day would be based on that daily rate. At checkout Valet told me set price $39 each day. Disappointed in the miscommunication.

Valet parking for large vehicles too expensive and staff don’t tell you ahead of time that you’ll be charge more, breakfast was not included in room rental when it should be included since the price per night it’s high, hotel too expensive for the kind of services offered.
