Neat, nice and clean room. Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach! They provided towel and umbrella to bring to the beach, too. Contactless check-in and out process is very easy. Thanks to all your help, Mathieu! He is so nice and professional! He also helped us find parking in the busiest Saturday night!

Perfect location. So close to th4 beach and restaurants! Ample parking, but if you are just planning on the beach, you don't need a car. Bus and FREE TROLLEY are right across the street. The owners are so sweet, polite, welcoming and accommodating.

Very nice hotel very close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. At first, the room smell a little musty. We bought a $1 air freshener at Walgreens and it worked wonders. Yolande at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Free parking. We will definitely come back.

Nice Hotel, very close to the beach. Staff is very friendly.

There’s only a few rooms and we were impressed with how quiet it was during the night. Our room had a small kitchenette and the supermarket is a few minute walk away. We ate out for lunch and dinner but wee able to buy food and coffee for breakfast. Only two blocks to the beach as well and my wife’s favorite part was the outside patio/sitting area. Very clean hotel and parking is on the street right outside the hotel.

I loved the design aesthetic of the room, and it was as pictured on the website. Everything was neat and clean, and my only complaint is that I wish there had been a clock on the nightstand. Since you use a code to get into the main gate, the door, and then your room, interaction with staff can range from nonexistent to minimal, which was fine by me. If you're the kind of person who has never been to Miami and would prefer to have a concierge and constant attention, then this might not be the right hotel for you. Also, it is in the north beach area, which is a little less active than south beach, and maybe even a little cleaner. There are still lots of restaurants and bars though, and plenty of people out and about. Also, it's really easy to take one of the several buses that go right down to south beach.

We were roundly disappointed by our experience. We did not receive what was advertised. I had filtered my search to only those hotels on Miami Beach that included parking. When we arrived we were told the parking spaces were full, and rather than simply reimburse us for the cost of parking in a private lot or at metered parking, the management directed us to park in a Publix Supermarket parking lot that had tow-away signs all over it. If it were not for the nice receptionist who moved her car so we could park, we would have had to either pay for parking or take our chances with being towed. This is a boutique hotel where you book a particular room. The Deluxe Suite we were shown in the picture had a king-size bed. But when we arrived the room we were given had two twin beds shoved together. Once again, the response to the disparity was "oh, well". I can understand when a larger hotel cannot guarantee a room with a king-size bed, but in this case we were assigned a specific room. There is no excuse for showing a picture of a room with a king-size bed except to deceive potential guests. The room also had a big water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom as well as live ants crawling around. I would not recommend it.
