So for starters the house does look just like in the pictures. We arrived at the property at 4;35 pm. We were schedualed for a 4pm arrival and the cleaners were there and told us that the property wasn’t ready for about 15 more minutes.After traveling 12 hrs we did not want to have to wait any longer outside in the rain so that was our first inconvenience. We finally get into the home and all we can smell is cigarette smoke in every room and outside. We checked the rooms and they were up to standards for the most part. None of the doors have locks on them for privacy, which we found to be very upsetting because we traveled with 13 people and 3 kids. All bedrooms had closets but 1. The bedroom with no closet also has no dressers or stands. No shelving in the bathrooms, no hooks so we had to live out of our bags for a week. The pool was as expected , however the pool lights make it very hard to sleep in the room off from the pool. The lights just were to bright and we could not sleep. The games they advertised were there but all of them are missing pieces. We were told to bring propane for the grill but the grill is not propane. When trying to play basketball outside it was to hard because the rim was broke and bent down. Then one of the days all of our family was in the pool and having a cookout and a cleaner just show up unannounced and starts leaf blowing and cleaning while we were eating. I asked them to wait until we were done but they said no. Lots of disappointing things
