Stunning intracoastal and ocean views from the 21st floor.Big beautiful condominium every single amenity thought of. Resort style pool, spa, hottub and bbq area. Close to msny shops, restaurants and beach onlyb5 minute walk away. Would definitly return.

We rented an apartment for 11 days at the 24th floor. A beautiful view although the only disadvantage was that it came with a lot of noise from traffic below because we had an apartment on the South side. For the rest it was an extremely clean and convenient place to stay.

This place has numerous appealing features but overall I would score it near a -1 out of 10. The entire place needs a face lift. It is overpriced for the area and without a major overhaul all the residents are going to leave this slum lord palace. My refrigerator is rusted. The elevators are horrible and unreliable. The internet doesn't work well at all. Garage is stinky.

Cons- ➖ Both toilets leaking Balcony on a busy, noisy road Worn, old furniture, communal halls dirty Poor explanation of how to get to apartment (check in 4, codes emailed at 3.59 frustrating when your from abroad and don’t want to use the internet on your phone) no other choice as no concierge available and they couldn’t give apartment no etc On instructions wasn’t clear which building was which and didn’t even say what floor apartment was on Woman came to door straight away to take payment (when card already given to wanted card again and ID and to took a photo on her personal Phone of both driving licence and card together so had full card details, name, address etc - everything needed to easily buy anything she wanted with card. Had to insist this photo was deleted- very insecure and worrying) Pros Close to beach 5-10 min walk Parking included Pool

So I've been to Miami plenty of times and usually stay in South beach, but for this trip wanted something more low key since I was traveling with my kid. I got the 1 bedroom with city view. Check in process was easy, you are given a check in code for your door and each building has a door man. The apts have floor to ceiling windows and huge balconies, living room, kitchen w/ washer & dryer and bedroom with king size bed. The apt was spotless and well decorated although I wouldn't necessarily call it "luxurious", it was comfy and spacious. I think this property is a great options for families with small children, there is a nice pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room. We did not rent a car, the beach and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. If you are traveling with kids and want to save some money there is also a grocery store about 10 minutes away you can make some of your meals in the room. There is also a CVS close by, for any last minute essentials. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if traveling with children. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking to party since its pretty far away from the action, but if you are willing to drive it could work. Just a tip, parking in Miami especially South Beach is tricky, you will probably end up paying for valet or meters. I also liked that I could control the temperature in the room, however my only complaint was that the Hvac unit is a little noisy. I'm from NYC so we are used to noise but if you are the type that needs complete silence to sleep it may be bothersome.

We had an unfortunate start to our holiday in Miami when we arrived here. The concierge was very unhelpful in showing us where our parking space was or where to stop to unload our luggage and shouted very loudly when we tried to clarify what he meant. It took us over half an hour driving around the car park with the spaces labelled incoherently for us to find the space. The room itself was very spacious and clean. We had a view of the marina. The kitchen was equipped with a nice coffee machine. There wasn’t much in the apartment to explain how to get around the facilities or the nearby area, but we found out the number of a local rep and used his knowledge instead. This is more like a residential building so doesn’t cater perhaps as well for tourists in that regard, but could be amazing! The beach is a short walk away and was beautiful. The pool was nice too, but the bar/restaurant wasn’t open during the day and there was nowhere to buy snacks or drinks near the pool.

We (two families) stayed in a 3bdr apartment for one night. Booked it with a different company where it showed all 5 star reviews. First of all, this place is far from being a 4 or 5 star luxury property. From the reviews here and our own experience, there might be different people "managing" those rentals. Half of us arrived earlier and was let through by a security guard saying you can park anywhere you want. When the second family arrived, they were told you need a parking number and that the other car needs to pay for a VIP parking or else it will be towed. I've been in many public garages, but none were as filthy as this one. We hardly found the parking spot as the numbers were very hard to read. The apartment itself was bare-bone. I mean this so called luxury unit had metal closed doors. Never seen that before. It was relatively clean. Couple of positives are proximity to the beach and nice view. All in all, we were quite disappointed paying over $500 for a night at this place. Be careful of the so called property fee that is added after your stay. Ours was about $100!!! I wish I would have read the not so stellar reviews here on TripAdvisor.

We stayed at the 16900 Building room 507 and it was everything that was promised and the management was great. Not only was the manager great to work with, and helped us with various requests, but went our of her way to work with out timing. The apartment itself was nice and really good for our family and had everything we needed. Easy access to the pool, and other parts of the facility. Highly recommend this for your next trip if it is available

I booked an Airbnb apartment in this complex for my graduation trip in June 2018. The main reason I picked it is because it's really close to the beach but also has a huge resort style pool. Theres also many amenities inside the building itself like a mini convenience store, dry cleaners, gym, valet. I won't speak on the apartment itself because that has to do with the owner but the building is a little outdated. It's not the cleanest in the world & the security guards weren't the friendliest. It seems like there was really no one controlling anything. We had really loud neighbors who would sit on the balcony blasting music at like 4am. Not sure I would book another room here in the future.

I understand apartments belong to different owners. We rented 1 unit with parking and everything was OK. The building is huge, located 2 blocks away from the beach and 40 mins away from the crowded South Beach. We liked North Beach very much!.
