We stayed here as a little family reunion and got three hotel rooms. Reasons it was subpar that you should be aware of:
1- It is not ADA accessible. We had to climb a set of stairs to get in and a flight to get up to the elevator.
2- Parking is terrible. You have to constantly pay for metered parking on the street or park at a garage a good 10 minute walk away.
3 - One of the elevators was out of order and the working one was terribly slow. My family waited 8 minutes for it at checkout time and finally took the stairs with luggage and my brother in law fell due to this.
4 - Our 3 keys for our room didn’t work several times. We had all of them re-keyed and were told not to have them near phones or other cards which we did and still had issues.
5 - The attached restaurant servers act like they are put out to have to serve you. We had coffee there one morning and the guy was probably mad that’s all we were having, and when we asked for a refill he only filled each cup halfway, then we never saw him again, and had to ask someone else for the check. Still waited about 15 minutes and finally threw some money down and started leaving. Then he stopped us to sign/pay the bill. We had 2 other similar instances.
6 - The rooms were all FREEZING! It said 67 but was much colder. My 6’4” brother in law had to sleep with sweatpants on and sister had to cover her head with the covers. It will not allow you to change it to heat, and I believe it was controlled by management.
