Perfect stay
The property is conveniently located super close to the design district and Miami beach. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and tried to accommodate any of our request as best as they could!. The villas were extremely clean and came fully equipped with kitchen appliances and smart home accessories to make the stay more relaxed.Would definitely recommend for a large group up to 10 persons

Great place and property management
Stayed overnight on our way to Antigua. Place was exactly as described. Absolutely darling. All the amenities you would want. Nice beverages and snacks. Some of the best communication from the owners I’ve had. Bedrooms could use a couple more accessible plug ins for electronics but otherwise a perfect little place near the airport and other places. Definitely would stay here again.

Fabulous property
This property was super clean and comfy. Attention to every detail. Beds comfy, coffee well stocked, living room and kitchen area made it easy for us to socialize a bit. Parking was easy with a spot for each Villa. We walked to the Beuna Vista Market area to grab dinner and coffee. Design distict was too far for our group to walk. Would stay here again.

Perfect!
A group of 10 ladies staying for a night before our cruise! We landed early and were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in so we could go grab some lunch until the cleaners were finished! Came back to a bottle of Champagne to enjoy! Beds were so comfortable! Everything was so nice!!! In the morning we had a Dunkin Donut delivery from the owners! So many nice touches. We will be staying here again !

Very clean and modern spot with great hosts
This was a great spot for a group of friends. The pictures are accurate, everything is immaculate and modern. The beds are comfortable and the hot tub was appreciated. The hosts are extremely responsive and thoughtful. When we had a VERY minor issue (the router needed to be reset) they responded immediately followed up to alle sure we got it taken care of, and even sent some doughnuts over after. I think the only minor negative was the neighborhood. Not unsafe or anything, but a little less inviting than we assumed from the design district-adjacent location. I don’t know Miami so that could just as easily be my mistaken assumption.

Absolutely perfect
Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Jacob was incredibly responsive to our inquiries and made check-in/out a breeze. The location was ideal for exploring local attractions. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Miami.

As usual our stay was amazing. We wanted to stay longer because our flight was later and nothing was a problem. Had as a early new years gift some little fireworks and the best cookies from Miami. The fridge with out favorite drinks, amazing host, 10 out of 10!!
