This wasn't a hotel. This was basically unrented condos being rented. NO STAFF TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE NO REAL LOBBY. TENENTS WITH LOTS OF DOGS ALL OVER PROPERTY. ROOM SET UP POORLY. ROOM SMELLING OF MILDEW. WATER BEING SHUT ON LAST DAY. HAD TO AWAKEN EARLY IN ORDER TO TAKE A SHOWER ON DEPARTING DAY. NO STAFF HELP AFTER 10 PM. MY VIEW WAS A HIGH RAISE BUILDING. SYRINGE IN REFRIGERATOR. THIS PLACE SUCK

The problem is Flow Miami is NOT a hotel. The fact they call it one is very misleading. This is an apartment building that rents out some lower floor studio apartments as hotel rooms. There is a small desk at the front door but there are no basic hotel services. No phone in room. No safe. No internet. No normal hotel keys - you get a fob and are told its $100 fee if you lose it. No room service. No room cleaning - unless you pay $150 per occurrence. No restaurant or lounge. I tried to call down to the desk with the number provided but no one ever picked up. The service was mainly very young staff who seemed bored at the desk. I needed to store my bags for a few hours after check out and they wanted to put them in an adjacent room but they had no hotel bag check tags. I asked for some sort of slip confirming the bags the girl at the desk wrote a post-it-note confirming the number of bags, When I returned the girl sat at the desk and sent me into the room myself to retrieve my stuff. Not exactly secure or professional as other peoples bags were there. The room was fine if you just want a vrbo experience. But thinking you were arriving at a cool Miami hotel to discover you had been mislead when booking was very frustrating.

Living room furniture not comfortable or clean. Hair in the chairs and fabric on couch looked dingy. Kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom reasonably clean and well stocked.

Fabulous room on the 35th floor, clean with a well stocked kitchen area. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Front desk staff were helpful and location in mid town is good for local transport links. Only downside was noise from the fans on the roof of the building next door when the balcony doors were open, but closed it was fine. Would recommend and return.

They should upgrade the flooring in the main lobby, gave me a bad first impression as it looked cheap. Once you pass the lobby the building is very nice, the apto we were in was spacious and well decorated with a tropical chic flair. The pool area is gorgeous and very well maintained

I had a studio for a weekend here in Miami because it was close to the Diplo run club at biscayne park. Easy 5 minute walk to Kaseya center also. I did not like having a fob for my room key but it’s required for the access to the hotel the elevator and your room. The concierge is a college kid with a laptop so don’t expect much there for hell with t he neighborhood. There was tons of construction so it was hard to sleep past 8am. The fitness center is awesome if you’re looking to workout. My room was clean and safe. No actual cable on the tv but I logged in with my Netflix account to watch something. The trim also had a espresso machine which was nice. Now I want one! Down side was there was no actual drawers to put away clothes but having a washer and dryer in the room was perfect since I had workout gear to clean. Overall I would recommend this spot if you need something convenient and clean. The immediate area has a Starbucks, a few restaurants and bars but anything in south beach is a quick uber rider for 15 bucks usually. Wynwood is t far which is a very hip area to check out. Really enjoyed my stay overall.
