Perfect spot

The casita was perfect for our family. It’s located in a quite neighborhood with a grocery store that’s walking distance. Gabriela is a great host and had good communication.

Simply the Best, You'll Adore It

Hands down - the best stay ever. I travel for work and personal business often and this rental is the one all should be measured against. From renting online, to checking in, to leaving it was so easy I astonished. We drove our vehicle for a weekend stay and were so pleasantly surprised by the casita. It had great parking - IN MIAMI! Right off that bat, 5 stars for that. Once checked we were so pleased with the cleanliness, decor, facilities, and the light coming into the space. Beautiful sunshine and great air conditioning made the space so comfy. The bed was just to my liking and I slept great, allowing us to have a long day of exploring Miami - Vizcaya, South Beach, Bal Harbor, and evenings in Calle Ocho. The location was a close drive (no more than 2-4 minutes) to Little Havana making it very convenient for great breakfasts at Versailles and La Caretta and dinners at Old's, El Santo, and Habana Vieja. Getting back from South Beach was very quick on the weekends and it felt like our quiet little oasis in the center of everythign we wanted to see and experience. I can't wait to come to Miami again and this rental is going to be my "Go-to" in the future for certain.

Nice casita with everything you need

I stayed several days and enjoyed the place. It includes a private backyard, a kitchen, sofa, and separate bedroom and bathroom. Everything is tastefully furnished. Supermarket and restaurants are a short walk away. Just be aware that one can hear planes approaching the airport.

Enjoyable pit stop to kick off honeymoon

I think the property was cute and decorated nicely. I appreciated the extra furnishings like paper plates, beach towels, and extra toiletry items in the bathroom. Gabby was very friendly but what kept me from giving 5 stars was the plumbing work in the driveway. We had no idea it was happening until we were within an hour of arriving. This meant the driveway back to the casita was blocked off and to get to and from we had to walk through the weeds to get to our car parked out in front of another building. The plumbers also left glass beer bottles and their stuff against our car. Gabby said the work would be done the next day but it wasn’t finished until the night before we left. It was nice to be able to finally pull the car up and park at the casita for loading our luggage in the rainy weather. The casita was very charming and comfortable, but the driveway/plumbing issues were not anticipated or easy to deal with. The checkout and wifi details were clear on magnets on the fridge, but we would have also liked maybe a little folder with information about restaurants/attractions nearby. Gabby have a verbal recommendation but physical information is helpful. Overall a good stay so I give it 4 stars.

It started with the second day. Two men showed up to replace the door, and not just pop off the old and put a new one on, they ripped the door frame out with power tools and everything, it was so hot because they had the door off for 2 hours, and was so loud because of the tools they were using. After that was done, they didn’t put a door knob on! So we had a hole in the door for 2 days. That night I heard a noise coming from the living room, and it turned out the air conditioning stopped working in the living room…the one in the bedroom worked, but then a huge lake of water filled the room after the a/c went out, because the unit started leaking. I’m not one to ever complain but this just wasn’t acceptable in my opinion, especially when I paid as much as I did to stay here.

10/10 place?

This place was great!! The owner was so sweet and check in was easy.. contactless and simple. The place is so cute and clean inside and the kitchen is the bomb. Everything is provided from utensils to coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. The bed is hugeee great for a getaway with a partner. There’s a front yard with a swing,hammock and a mango tree that is in season and back yard with a nice seating area. The bathroom is gorgeous as well! The price is a steal for the worth of the place. 10/10
