Loved the location. Hotel was beautiful, pool was great. I just felt the place could have had some things fixed. Cabinet doors were loose, felt like it needed a paint job and some updates, but really it was a wonderful stay. Owner was fantastic!

Great location and space. Our only complaint is that the air filters and humidifier needs cleaned (there was mold all over the humidifier that we cleaned ourselves). The place could use a deeper clean in general and we would have gave it 5 stars without those issues.

The apartment is located on top of the buildg, with really nice view. Gym, pool and other utilities are included. We were familly of 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was nice during our stay.

View and location

Great view, nicely furnished and setup apartment. Perfect location to walk around Coconut Grove. The heated rooftop pool was large enough to do laps an also had great views. The kitchen is small, but very useable. The bathroom is very clean and a nice size. The bed was big and comfortable. Would stay again.

Two night short stay

The building is in a quiet, beautiful area outside the bustle of Miami. My husband and I wanted somewhere walkable and laid-back prior to taking a cruise. Coconut Grove is exactly that, and the accommodation does not disappoint. The apartment is perfect for two people was exactly as listed and shown in the photos and is comfortable. The pool area is very pleasant and an ideal place to hang out with great views of the area, The shops and restaurants within quick and easy walking distance are perfect for brunch and a little bit of shopping. The free tram a short walk away is an excellent option for seeing more of the local area. PADL have a kiosk close by if you want to rent paddle boards during your stay. Communication with the owner was delayed at times, but check-in was seamless, particularly as our flight arrived after midnight. We would stay here again, and recommend this apartment if you don’t want the crowds and business of other Miami areas.

The kitchen area and bathroom could use an upgrade. There is mold in the bathroom around the vent. The gym has very old equipmnet. The location is great. We stayed in two units at tge Arya over a month. The quality of the units vary.

Amazing stay, we requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate with ease, response from host was extremely quick. The space had everything we needed and the view was beautiful. The pool was attractive and relaxing with gorgeous views I would highly recommend this place!
