Orbitz has on their site that there is shuttle service from the airport. Which isn’t the case. Tried calling the hotel multiple times and got a busy signal each time. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable wont book here again

I want to start off with there is no free parkjng at this hotel. It is $25 a night even when booking a room . Not being able to walk in the establishment was also a pain , you are supposed to ring a bell and they are supposed to buzz you in . There were several instances where we were stuck sitting outside the door till someone else came out. Quite inconvenient. The room was subpar. The TVs hadn't worked in days we were told. Breakfast was bland and boring and not enough .

The building is nice and the facility is nicely located. I wish they had an airport shuttel. Paying $25 for parking each night out front of the building feels like a gouge. The pillows really sucked but everything else was good.
