2 full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave. The dining area has seating for 14 with all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Backyard features plenty of lounge furniture.

PARKING:
Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 cars.

The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe checkin time is 4pm due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early checkin. We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best form of communication is through the application and we usually answer quickly. We are only a phone call or message away in case of an emergency. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10 am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early check-in, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or inside bedrooms

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
