The unit had roaches. The pool was closed the whole two weeks I was there. In my opinion they charge too much to have you dealing with roaches and not being able to use all the amenities. They don’t replenish any toiletries like toilet paper or paper towels. For what they charge they should.

First unit was infested with roaches. They were all In the kitchen and even coming out of the fridge. I had to toss out all my food. The hotel moved me to another room 12 hits later but refused to partially reimburse me for my loss and inconvenience.

The apartment-room 417 was great but we had an A/C room next to it and it was very bothersome at night. The noise made us wake up several times at night. It was very loud and persistent. Otherwise I would have given a better rating.

I did not like check in. Had us running around to wrong unit trying to get in. Reservation told us one unit front desk told us another one. It was a mess. For that reason I am giving a poor rating. We were up really early and had to be out and about all day before check in and to come check in and had to deal with this. We were tired and frustrated right off the bat.
