Stay away from 7th Floor

There was a large gap in the mattress pad of king size bed making it difficult to get comfortable. While it was an uncommonly cold week in Miami the heat in my room did not work. On final night stay I requested a new room as I could not handle it another night. Stay way from 7th floor!!! 😂

Cuando reservé por expedía la estancia en este hotel decía que el parqueadero estaba incluido en el valor. Sin embargo, para mi sorpresa el hotel me envía un cobro de 40 dólares por cada noche.
