I had called the front desk asking if it were possible to have someone bring me something from the mini market - given i was sick i couldn't leave the room. The front desk told me they would call me back and never did- would have been nice to have the call back so that i can figure out a plan B.

Friendly and personable staff! This was my second stay. Just left my cruise and booked a stay. Room was ready by 12:30pm. Room was huge! Very clean, clothes steamer and pool was a nice touch! The hotel is near everything, including the airport, South Beach, cruise port, and a Publix. Will definitely stay again when I visit Miami. I love Aloft hotels!

The staff was amazing! Had a slight issue where the AC went out in our room. Front desk wasted no time getting it checked and moved us to better room. Very friendly! Location is PERFECT!! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery store.
