The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and the king sized bed was excellent. Having a fantastic restaurant on site was a big bonus too. Parking was super easy at the 7th Street municipal ramp about a block away. The ramp was only $20 per day and had lots of spaces available. I strongly recommend staying at the Avalon.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The front desk staff was very accommodating. My cruise ship came in at 8:00am and we made it to our hotel about 9:50am. The hotel held my bags for me at no charge. They also held my bags at checkout. This was very convenient. The hotel was very clean as well as my room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s on Ocean drive and I had a great view of the ocean.

This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 3 nights in South Beach before our cruise. The location on Ocean Drive was great, the room was nice, the food was good and all the staff were amazing. Of special note was the service provided by Rosario at our breakfast meals. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is a little dated and room was small but our overall experience was great! The staff are awesome and accommodating. The restaurant was so delicious with a romantic patio and live music. We will definitely stay here again!
