    Well-located, but a little rough around the edges

    Great location, proximate to numerous restaurants and the Avenida Amsterdam greenway. There is an attendant in the lobby, so I was able to leave my luggage there for a few hours prior to check-in. Unfortunately, somewhat poor communication with the host. Unit was not ready at check-in time, lots of mosquitos inside the unit, decor is a bit shabby (bathroom needs regrouting, some rough patches on floor, couch is small and upholstery is stained).
