The location was right in the center of the Polanco area—sophisticated, safe, and very clean. It was within walking distance of Antara and Miyana shopping malls, as well as Museo Soumaya, the iconic museum. The unit itself was new, spacious, and spotless. The kitchen and dining area were comfortable for the three of us during our four-night stay, and we were able to relax easily. Both bedrooms had comfortable queen-sized beds, which allowed us to get good rest after our Teotihuacan tour. Considering the location and overall quality, we paid only $600 for four nights. Amazing value. We will definitely come back!

The apartment was great! The staff was friendly and the property felt secured. Good for women travelers. The security is 24/7 and the area was safe. I don’t have complaints about the apartment. Everything was good, well kept and clean. My only suggestion is to put a full body mirror somewhere in the space. The only mirror is in the bathroom on top of sink. Other than that great place to stay.

Se niegan a facturar y no está listo el lugar

Me dijeron que el check in era a las 3PM, no estaba listo el cuarto, y aún cuando me dieron entrada a las 3:20 PM no estaban limpias las toallas y las sábanas, tuve que esperar a la persona de servicio a que terminara de poner sábanas ahi en el cuarto mientras me instalaba. Lo pero fue que me cobraron al llegar, era día 30, y me mandaron todo lo referente a la facturación al día siguiente cuando ya no se podía facturar. Si se puede, pero no quisieron facturar mi estancia, ahora tengo un problema contable en mi empresa gracias a que se negaron a facturar mi estancia.

Advertising for the property is NOT honest. This is a BELOW GROUND apartment with NO natural light. Property did not have water turned on upon arrival. There were no hangers. No full length dressing mirror. Also early morning and late night noise. Host eventually remedied issues with water, hangers, and a mirror by the last night of my stay. Also, bottled bathroom items of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap were barely filled. It felt as though I was using someone’s leftovers. Luckily, I brought my own items. I would never stay here again.

This condo/hotel was perfect for our needs. Our room (203) was on the ground floor with a balcony that overlooked the interior of the building. It was very clean & spacious. My only conundrum is that in my room, I could hear an echo from surrounding rooms. 3 nights in there was a child who would wake up all hours of the night and it's voice would echo through the balcony. Once that tenant was gone, it was extremely quiet. We did make a suggestion as well to have at least one full length mirror in the unit as the only mirror was the washroom. We would definitely be coming back to this property again for our Mexico City visit.
