Lighting, comfort and location are some of the advantages of this apartment. It is located on Veracruz street, in the middle of the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods, the most vibrant of the city. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed, TV room with a sofa bed, new and fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, dining room, bathroom, and roof garden overlooking Reforma and Chapultepec. The best restaurants, parks, galleries, stores and tourist and cultural attractions are in the area. The excellent location and communication routes, in addition to the illuminated spaces make it a very pleasant place. Located two blocks from the Chapultepec subway and several public transportation lines. The apartment has a very nice roof garden I will be available to help you in case you need it. The neighborhood is very quiet, you will find a great variety of restaurants, museums, bookstores. The area is very well connected, two blocks away there is a Metro Chapultepec station.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
