This hotel is in a great location in the heart of Condesa. You can easily walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. I think they are renovating the rooms right now, and the end result was truly lovely. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and tried their best to accommodate us with the language barrier. The beds were huge and comfy, and the air conditioning was also a plus! I would stay here again!

The room and the staff were wonderful But there was a lot of noise almost every night and morning l-especially when the bar next door closed at 2 I barely slept because they had construction going on starting at 9 am the last four mornings I pay to sleep well in a hotel, and they didn’t seem to care about the noise

The room was clean, updated and comfortable. The staff were excellent! Breakfast was great every morning and staff personalized each meal to our liking. The hotel location was perfect. The room was quite large and well equipped. Large shower with plenty of hot water. Very nice bath towels. Very comfortable king sized bed. The staff was excellent, especially Pedro the chef at the included breakfast. He personally tailors the breakfast to your desires. And he’s quite a character.
