As a female I can not help when mother nature comes. That being said, I woke up to the call. The manager screamed and yelled at me saying that I damaged my hotel room. I tried to explain that I couldn't help what happened and he threatened me and said he was charging me $20 for damages. Do not be a female and have mother nature call at this hotel, or you will be threaten, yelled at and charged.

There were spiders, the sheets and shower curtains had CIG hoes n them. The breakfast was Not what they advertise.

Had a great stay, friendly staff, clean room, centrally located!

It took a lill while to find. But when i vit there the hotel staff was great. The room was very clean, it was very quited n slept like a baby.

Check in person was somewhat friendly but the lady who checked me out needs some serious training. No coffee in the room not good at all and the ants in the tub not good either. The hard lumps on the floor really hurt your feet if you don't remember that they are there. The shower rod was one of those that curved out but the shower curtain never stayed put always falling to the center. Will not stay there again.

I never experience such a rude & v bad customer service as I faced it in this hotel. Towels are not enough & when I call them to provide me with more towels I've to take the dirty towels to them. They were oversold of the type of room that I booked & they tried to convince me that my booking was not stated what I'm saying & try to force me to upgrade in order to get what I booked. I found my reservation stated exactly what I said, so they're forced to upgrade me since they overbook they type of the hotel that I reserve. I had to call every day so house keeping can come to my room. They always trying to get money from any small stuffs. The Cereals for the breakfast is for kids. Better spend more money & stay in a better hotel

2 star hotel...convenient, easy to access off the main highway. Front staff was extremely hard to understand, bit slow on checking us in. Entire lobby, hallways and the non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke.

I couldn't really understand the staff, they had very strong Spanish accents. The room was small, but it had everything that we needed.

The staff was friendly enough. The room I was placed in was near the rear exit of the motel. It smelled of cigarette smoke. Some of the patrons parked themselves by the side exit door and lit up. The room itself was short on lighting as some of the bulbs were out. The t.v. was the large box variety and the overall size of the room fits the motels name, "micro". The bathroom offered a bar of soap and nothing else. The breakfast bar was as best as I can say...a joke! If you like dry cereal and stale coffee, this is your place. Again, the staff was friendly but the motel not so good.

BOOGERS on my shower curtain.. towels have pubic hair on them.... surrounded by drug dealers and construction workers that may or may not be living out of there... the indian owners are rude and dismissive.. the "fitness area" is a joke... one treadmill, one stepper, and bike... in an old cleared out hotel room... if this room was $30-40.. sure.. but I paid almost $80 for this... avoid

It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The front desk personell didn't have our room ready infact he didn't even have the right room. When he called the manager he came out in his underwear and an undershirt very unprofessional. They were very rude to me. And to make matters worse they made us pay for a whole other room on top of the room I originally paid for. This place is a very poor hotel and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Rooms were small

For the price, the hotel was very adequate, but not exceptional. There was a dead roach in the clothing drawer (at least it wasn't alive), and the bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. But, the staff was competent and responsive, and overall I would recommend this hotel to the traveller that prefers fewer frills and more economy.

Easy access off and onto interstate for travel, close to shopping and dining areas, older hotel in need of some long term maintenance, but the room was larger tahn expected, with a large bathroom, deep tub and shower, fresh towels daily without having to request them.
