Just stayed one short night. Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. Breeding and towels also very clean and nice. Liked the suite style room. A little off the path but easily accessible. I would return. Heater in the room was significantly loud when it clicks on.
I had to stay at the Springhill Suites after a major power outage in my area. The rooms are clean and spacious, and staff is helpful and very courteous. The breakfast is just OK, and it used to be better a few years ago. I'd recommend it for anyone on business or traveling with family.
The hotel and amenities are alright, there's nothing wrong with the hotel per se, just wish their front office staff were more friendly and engaging with customers. It seemed like they were going about their jobs and just really didn't give too much of a hoot around guest engagement..
We chose SpringHill Suites in Andover as a central location to see Boston, Concord (MA), Salem, New Hampshire and Maine. It was a great location though off the beaten path just a bit. The value could not be beat. Getting further away from the city gave us a great nightly rate with room for 3 adults (no bed-sharing) and hot breakfast each morning. Driving elsewhere for dinner was the only "negative."
Stayed here for one night, nice and friendly people at the front desk. Cleaning people do a nice job with the upkeep. Never stayed here before but would again. Recommend higher floor to eliminate street noise.
Family trip on the way to Acadia National Park during thanksgiving. The hotel has nice amenities, swimming pool and decent breakfast. The only thing I hated during the stay would be the guests upstair. They were making noises during late night and making us hard to fell asleep at night, which leads us to believe that the soundproof of the hotel may need improvement. We had the room which the sofa bed is bad in condition.
Had very good wifi; wifi never got slow. Clean rooms. Good got breakfast. I was there when it snowed, and the hot tub was hot, and refreshing. Hotel is NOT next to the freeway, so all of the rooms are quiet.
This place is okay. It’s conveniently located to some of the companies I was visiting for work. The rooms are spacious but run down. The room I got had the AC right over the bed and was super loud. For some reason the front desk had issues send me my Folio via email. I requested when u checked out and had to call twice to finally get it.
We stayed at this hotel for only two nights, although we had originally booked for 8. The reason was because there was a storm, and they lost power. No backup lights in the hotel, no elevators, and it was a spooky place in the dark! Staff was completely unprepared. We returned to our hotel after dark and had to scramble to find another hotel. We were on our own with everything, including dragging our luggage down pitch dark stairs to the lobby. We were not impressed. They seemed to be unable to address our concerns about safety and security. Manager was not even on site during such an emergency. In an area where there are frequently stormy conditions and loss of power, this hotel didn’t have protocols for how to deal with their guests’ needs, and that was surprising and scary to me.
In town for family function. Can't think of a thing to complain about. People at the desk were great. room was clean. bed was comfy (although, like all hotel beds, a TOUCH hard for me - but hubby loved it). temps responded to what we set it for. Good breakfast (I am LCHF and was able to eat, so you can too!). good coffee. convenient location. would go again!
