Stayed over for a few nights on a business trip. The room was spacious and clean. No concerns with noise, though I know it was off season. Staff were friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 and not 5 is that the breakfast was just so-so.

Stayed in Andover at the end of a 2 week vacation as value accommodation within striking distance of Boston Logan Airport, had 2 rooms for 2 nights on Marriott reward points, so essentially free. Hotel is in a nice quiet location on the edge of a business park & was easy to find from the interstate, positives were location, room size, cleanliness of the hotel & rooms, free breakfast (as there were 5 of us) and easy access to the New Hamphire / Maine / Massachussets areas. All in all we had a great stay in good value accommodation in a quiet part of town.

We stayed one night at the Springhill Suites to break up the drive from Cape Cod to New Hampshire. We were hoping for a quiet and clean hotel and we found it. The room was spacious, the included breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us. The location was in sort of an area that had large buildings but not close to the hotel-more of a park area. Lots of trees and grass. The hotel was well kept and clean. There is an indoor pool.

I had a good night sleep here and that's the most important thing. The view out of room 408 was very nice -into the woods. This hotel was likely really nice a few years back but unfortunately many things weren't in top working order. The TV wouldn't go on right away, the clock was 15 minutes slow, there aren't any ports for UBS drives, the TV on the elliptical wasn't working. Breakfast was okay. Having said all that I would stay there again since the most important think is a quiet room and getting a good night sleep.

I was here 3 nights for business. Gave it 4 stars because the gym at the hotel was closed for some reasons and had to drive down about 2 miles. The hotel is situated at the back of a business area, surrounded by trees. That being said, cell service is bad. I have my personal cell on AT&T and my work cell on Verizon and both had issues. The wifi is decent but didn't work well on my mobiles. The room itself was nice. Newer appliances and decor. Very nice bathroom as well. I was not disappointed in the room at all. Perfect for a business traveler like myself. The breakfast is the usual stuff. Nothing special in this department. Hotel staff were very friendly. All in all, I'd stay here again.

We only stayed here one night, and we didn't use the pool area. Everything was up to my expectations for Marriott. The front desk staff were really helpful and nice, the hotel is clean, the breakfast was good. The breakfast is the typical Marriott breakfast with pretty much all you would need for a basic breakfast (eggs, bread, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc, etc). We stayed in a double room (with two double beds). The air conditioning is the kind next to the window (which a lot of hotels use), so it is noisier than central air. I'm a light sleeper, so maybe it won't bother you. Also, because one of the beds is closer to the AC, it can get colder if you sleep there. However, I just turned the AC off when I went to bed, and it was fine. Overall, we had a great stay. I usually stay at Marriott when I travel, and they have always been really good.

Stayed last week in 3 rooms and loved it! Very clean and easily located for traveling from DC to Maine. There was a hockey team in the hotel which made us a bit nervous but they seemed to keep us away from them which was nice. Great job keeping the breakfast full in the morning and all very friendly. Clean rooms as well. Will definitely stay again if coming back through.

Our travel hockey team stayed at the SpringHill Suites this past weekend. It was clean and new and all of the employees were incredibly polite and helpful at all times! Daniel at the front desk really went out of his way to help everyone enjoy their stay. There is a hot breakfast included each morning - nothing made to order - but something for everyone. No additional food service but there is a variety of frozen foods and snacks available for purchase and microwaves in each room. I'd be happy to return to this hotel!

SpringHill Suites- Andover was a very nice clean hotel. The decor is very peaceful and calming. We were just here very quick overnight, but I would definitely stay here again. The double room was very spacious. Everything was extremely clean. Outside the hotel it was very pretty. There appeared to be a walking trail. The coffee in the lobby was even good!

The hotel doesn't really like long term Marriott members, keeps the hot tub too hot and the pool too cold, and needs to add lamps with plug-ins between the beds. Breakfast was very good, the place was clean, and the place is near an interstate. i would stay again, but I think they could use a few upgrades.
