I was here for a wedding and it was a very smooth stay. Check-in was a breeze, all of the staff I encountered were very friendly and my room was quite nice. It was plenty big with a small couch and a good-sized television. The bathroom and sink area also had plenty of space. The balcony was also a nice touch as well. And the whole place from lobby, to the halls, to the room, was very clean. I didn't take advantage of the pool area, but it also looked like it was in good shape and popular as well. This hotel is also in a very convenient location, close to a couple of major interstates. Whether it's passing through or spending a few nights, it's easy to recommend this place.

This was a really great little hotel. We booked several rooms for three nights for a family wedding nearby. The staff was very accommodating to all our requests. I especially want to mention Andrew, as he was super helpful. The courtyard is a wonderful spot to have a drink and enjoy the sun. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. The lobby is very comfortable. Also, the food from the hotel bistro was surprisingly good. Would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

We booked 6 weeks prior for a handicap accessible room and they gave us that. The staff were very courteous and friendly and would do what asked. The room and bathroom were very accessible for a wheel chair. They had a small Bistro that was very accommodating. The pool and health club was very clean.

Marriott usually has its ducks in a row in the hotel industry. However, not in Andover, Massachusetts. I have never had a continuous stream of issues until now. Ill be brief & to the point: 1. Advertised as having a balcony. Ours didn't 2. Manager stated, "when you order on priceline you must choose your type of room". I showed then priceline's policy and it says you must do this with hotel. I needed two beds and only have one. She stated, "I cant budge on this". My 6'1" son had to sleep on couch. 3. Claimed there wouldnt be a hold on my card. That it was incidentals. The next day I had a $100 plus hold. 4. Asked for towels. Night shift said housekeeping would bring them. Never did. 5. Found 2 pairs of panties under mattress. 6. Brown water filled my bath tub. They said drain it and let it run. COME ON MARRIOTT!!!!! 7. House keeping slipped my room 1st 2 days. No clue why. I didnt have a do not disturb card on door. 8. Lost my medication when I swapped rooms. Went to front desk to see if house keeping turned it in and she states, "well, they probably threw it away" and looked at her computer and went back to what she was doing. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!! Most of these issues were brought to the managers attention. I should not of ever had to go to the GM. Which he fixed the room situation. The manager, another front desk female clerk, and night shift guy (although he did try) made me feel like I didnt matter. Im sorry Marriott, but if I remember correctly, I PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO VISIT THIS TOWN AND YOUR HOTEL. Or have you forgotten? Ill just go to the double tree next year when I come back for the confrence. I would of never wrote this review if you just showed some concern. If I ran this hotel, I would of gave my customer a free night next year minimum. That up's the chance the customer would return to your hotel next year. You know I live 13 hours away and wont user it until then. Hell, how about a sorry. If you didnt know about all these issues them maybe some communication training would come in handy. To their credit, the property, pool, restaurant, rooms, and grounds are very nice and clean. Except for under the mattresses. Im still here if you want to show some concern. On 3rd floor until Sunday.

You know sometimes it isn't about being great, it's about being consistently good. For road warriors, like myself, it's nice to see a familiar lobby, cafe/bar and hotel room that is clean comfortable, easy to find things and well-appointed for not a lot of money. Courtyards have recently renovated their large entry social spaces into far more fetching locales whether you are enjoying a hearty breakfast with a Starbucks coffee, and adult beverage or just hanging out. It is comfortable throughout with the added benefits of a decent workout room, indoor pool and robust wifi in the rooms and out. The staff here was very attentive moving them up the list for my Courtyard experiences. Consistent quality makes this Courtyard stand out in a crowd of cookie cutter hotels.

I have stayed here before and always enjoyed it. It's close to the highway and near friends. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, the rooms are clean, the Bistro is a little pricey but very good. This year I took a two-room suite as I had my daughter and granddaughter with me. They stayed in the bedroom with the king-size bed. I slept on the pull-out sofa in the living room - or I should say, I tossed and turned all night on the pull-out sofa. I even put a foam mattress pad under the sheet, but nothing could make this lumpy mattress comfortable. I do realize that pull-out sofas are not as comfortable as beds, but one with springs digging into your back should either be replaced, or not advertised as a sleep space. Thank God for the hot tub! My second complaint was that I was unable to locate the bedding for said mattress and tried to call down to the front desk, but kept being put into the menu. My daughter went down and asked, and mentioned our inability to get through. She was told they were "busy." Sorry, but pick up the phone and put me on hold - don't ignore me. What if it were urgent? Thirdly, they advertise free Wi-fi, but they blocked Facebook. Which means to me that they do not have free Wi-fi. I had to use my data plan. So overall an ok stay, but not quite what I was hoping for.

We stayed at the Courtyard Boston Andover over the weekend for a basketball tournament. Upon early arrival, we were pleased to find that our request for an early check in was accommodated. Our room was spacious and clean. The highlight of our stay was the excellent costumer service Juan (front desk) provided. He was friendly and accommodating. He made our stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Juan!

Recently stayed at The Courtyard Marriott in Andover. Spent 2 nights for a local graduation, and found this to be a "good find" for a weekend trip. Check in was friendly and quick. The rooms were basic, but clean and well stocked with toiletries. The lounge was comfortable, and the menu offerings were varied and quite tasty. Starbucks coffee and assorted baked goods made for a nice start to the day for us. Complimentary local and national newspapers were much appreciated. The pool was clean and towels and chairs were plentiful. The courtyard was awesome! Well groomed landscaping, stone pathways and comfortable seating areas made for a very relaxing setting. Late night snacks and travel items available by the front desk were well stocked. All and all a very pleasant stay. Staff very polite and professional.

Although we've stayed at other Marriott hotels in this area, this hotel was by far the best. Although everyone we met were very nice, Andrew, Juan and Alex in particular were all professional and helpful. This hotel does not include breakfast in it's price, but they do offer a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner with awesome selections at a fair price. The lobby is very welcoming with a sunny area that allows one to read comfortably. It also offers an outdoor courtyard that can be used when the weather allows. The only surprise we encountered is that the rooms do not have safes for it's guests.

I frequent this hotel for business. All I can say is everyone is so nice and welcoming when I come. The rooms are clean, plenty of towels are available and I think the bed and pillows are just the best!! I never fail to get a good nights sleep!! In the morning I love that they have Starbucks coffee. I love a good cup to get me going!! I've had different breakfast items from the frittata to yogurt and happy with my choice! I've had the humus and the potstickers as well as the quesadillas. They definitely have a nice offering. I'm always happy to go back when visiting that area.
