Spacious Two Bedroom 2 storey Townhouse situated opposite Merimbula Lake. 500m from town and 2 minutes from Spencer Park Beach. 2 Bathrooms Large open plan Lounge Dining and Kitchen with Dishwasher, Austar 1 X Queen and 2 X Singles. 2 Small decks.

Important Notice: YOU Will Need TO Bring Sheets Towels Pillow Cases AND TEA Towels OR IF Required Contact OUR Office FOR A Linen Hire Service AT Your Cost.

Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.

Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am.
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made. 
 
Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.

This unit could use a serious update.

No hair dryer, no wi-fi, no linens, spider webs galore. Shower door (upstairs) almost fell out. And very old cabinets, doors in kitchen and bathrooms.
