We spent four nights here and it was a wonderful location. So near to all the interesting things to see in Mendoza. The staff was extremely helpful any time we asked a question and helped us organize our time. They were always pleasant. The breakfast was great and the room very comfortable. It was quiet.

Hotel was absolutely abysmal. Mold issues, plumbing issues, AC went in/out, it stank and there was no hot water. Only plus is very central location.

Very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Internet intermittent you couldn't reply on it. The pool is a plunge pool with no loungers. The top floor is the only outside space and has no internet. This is a very corporate hotel not very relaxing. I wouldn't stay again.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, céntrico. El lavabo tiraba agua, no obstante de que el personal de limpieza ingresó, jamás fue reparado, por lo que le falta mantenimiento. En el desayuno, hay un letrero que indica que los huéspedes no deberán llevar los alimentos, se deben consumir ahí, pero además la encargada acosa a los huéspedes para no hacerlo, lo que es molesto… en mi reserva indicaba que se daría una bebida de cortesía al llegar, jamás me la entregaron, lo que deméritos la experiencia! Espero mejoren en actitud y mantenimiento!
