My family traveled for my daughter's graduation. It was nice that we were all together and not separate hotel rooms. I was delighted that it was a nice safe area and we never felt uneasy esp traveling w our 74 year old mother.

Soccer weekend

The stay at Jennifer’s place was just what we needed - some family time while away for a soccer tourney. The place was as shown in the pictures. It was a little further away from our fields, but it provided a nice getaway. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Thanks!

Wonderful weekend in a cozy house!

Our young family had a wonderful stay at Ivy House. The home was beautifully done and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were so comfortable. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout. Having Alexa available in the house to answer all of our questions was so helpful. The location was also great - close to the botanical garden and Gibson's Donuts! The host went above and beyond, providing two pack n plays for our children and making special accommodations when we asked to stay an extra day at the last minute. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Memphis!

Pack your bags!!!

This home is newly updated and clean. The owner provided more than ample linens and towels. The kitchen is updated and comes with all needed items and then some. Plenty of places to sleep the six of us. We took advantage of the washing machine and dryer which was a nice feature. The owner has laundry supplies to be used by guests. Living room is updated but small for a large group and the dining table only has two chairs. There is a beautifully updated bathroom but there is only one bathroom in the house. Parking is on the curb in front of the house. Overall, excellent place to stay in the Memphis area . Location is good for the proximity of the downtown and Northern Mississippi. The price is good for the area as well. I would recommend staying at this home.

Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy House. The home was decorated beautifully and had anything you could possibly need to be comfortable. Every little detail was thought of and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. The house was super clean and updated. We'll definitely be back.
