I made our reservation here after reading the reviews of the Comfort Suites and decided this one must be nicer....Not! It's old and has been remodeled, but they missed the restroom in our room. The non stick areas of the tub were turning dark, the tub was chipped. The toilet had no lid. At breakfast, at 8:15am Sunday morning there were many empty tables and none had been cleaned even though there appeared to be two staff attending the area. The breakfast was good, I love waffles. The evening staff Mitzy (I believe) was delightful. Very helpful.

I use this hotel 4 or 5 times a year when I travel. It's right off the interstate and close to food and shopping. The staff are super friendly and very professional, that's why I give the 3 stars. However, this place needs to be updated like yesterday, the couch was torn and worn. The mattress on the let out couch was finished months ago. The tub had some type of flooring/tile that was peeling and also it was a little stopped up. The carpet had it's share of miles also. This place used to be a hidden gem but poor maintenance is taking a toll on it.

Stayed here to attend a business conference. The good experience began with check-in. The clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Gave very clear and simple instructions to the room and asked about any special needs. The room was spacious and comfortable. Each time I passed through the lobby, the desk personnel greeted me and when encountering other staff throughout the premises they were friendly. The property is near I-40 and when leaving, there is a traffic signal to get back out on the main road.

We moved rooms never could get a/c to cool the room. Elevator was filthy. Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Holes in walls, TV did not work properly. Sofa in room needed replacing. The carpet was badly worn. Lock on the door was broken.

Very clean and very comfortable. TV and WiFi. Friendly, helpful staff.Smooth check-in and check-out. Delicious breakfast. Convenient location for visiting Memphis. Spacious room. Great hotel for the price.

I write many positive reviews because I do so much research on where we stay before we go, usually mostly on TA and I get guided very well. Choices website had decent reviews. However....I missed the mark on this one in choosing it. I will say, to the hotel's credit, they have the NICEST staff at the front desk. We were accommodated for a couple of requests by very kind people. NO complaints there. And our bed was actually very comfortable. (I think they've been renovating some rooms. Maybe we got lucky on that one. :) But things kept happening to make the stay not so good. I don't know if they had a huge event in town and let so many people come stay, but there was absolutely NO parking when we got home at night our final night. And only one or two spaces left the first couple night. But parking way at the back side felt unsafe, as there was clearly glass taking up one space like someone's window had been broken into. Then, the final night, there was no where to park. People were lining up their cars in the red curbed fire lane out of desperation or packing into the check-in area lane. Trucks or busses took up the back of the lot (at least 5-7 places a piece.) The breakfast room was so packed, we didn't even bother to go our final day. And having free breakfast was the reason we chose this place so we wouldn't have additional costs on the trip. But we gave up by the final day. We also found when we did eat there, the food wasn't very good. It's nice they have eggs and waffles, but the waffles had a bizarre sour taste. I tried not to say anything, but my hubby then asked me if I noticed. So it wasn't just me. We eat in a lot of hotels, including other quality hotels, and eat those waffles all the time. Not sure what was wrong with those. I also think 6-9am is way too short for breakfast hours. Most hotels are at least 930 if not 10. It meant everyone had to get out of bed by 830 to eat. And it made that time frame horribly crowded. And trust me... all food is GONE by 9. You will miss out if you're not there early enough. Like another reviewer, the rugs turned my white socks black, which indicates it's dirty. I didn't notice til I put my feet on the white sheets and they streaked all black, so I looked at my socks. Our toilet was 'running' in the tank. It kept us up the first night til we finally shut the water off. They supposedly fixed it only to have it not work again a few hours after we were back when we weren't even using it. It just started running again. We didn't bother to tell them the 2nd time and just shut it off overnight on the other couple of nights. But the other thing that kept waking us up is that if someone above you is using their A/C unit, it's dripping its condensation on YOUR A/C unit and it's LOUD and intermittent. The a/c running on constant fan doesn't cover the noise as the dripping is louder. Even the fan we brought didn't cover up the noise. And it's a loud, steady fan. We often bring it to hotels when we travel by car since we like to drown out the sound of other guests. So the first night we hardly slept at all after about 230am when the toilet and drips from the A/C started making so much noise. I don't know if there's a way the hotel could put something on the tops of A/C units outside so the condensation isn't hitting metal, but something has to change there. Our last night and morning the internet went out and never came back on before we left. Probably storm related and due to power outage. And then for some reason their elevator quit letting guests go to the first floor. So you had to ask the hotel lobby workers to come push the call button if you wanted to bring your luggage down on a luggage cart, since you couldn't choose that 1st floor yourself. Were they just having a bad weekend of service? Or is it always this challenging? I don't know. But I kinda doubt we'll ever be back to find out.

Room was just ok. Not as clean as I would have liked but not horrible. Two beds and sleeper sofa provided plenty of room for 4 people. Waffle House next door for late night dinner was best part. Hotel breakfast was good.

This hotel is ok. Not terrific buy not horrible. It felt a little old and the beds were not very comfortable. It's in a good area and was not horribly expensive but overall I didn't feel like it was someplace I'd stay again.

The hotel is clean, there was some hall noise but that ended around 10. The hotel could use a little work but nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The staff is a different story. They were exceptional, to the point they went out of their way to offer my daughter ( who wasn't even staying there) breakfast. This was after all food items were put away. they went in and brought out what she wanted and wouldn't take no for an answer.. You can't do better than these people.

Very nice Quality Suites.....probably the best in that group. Room was very clean, quiet and most important were the comfortable beds. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walkin Distance to IKEA . Will definitely stay again.
