The surrounding environment(within the compound) look unsafe

For the area the hotel was a 7 out of 10. Hotel staff very accommodating. The parking lot and entryways were dirty And alot trash. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Shower head spewing water. Complained to staff three days in a row and they did not fix it.

Dirty! smelled horrible! stains on the walls, bed, carpet, etc. the only good thing about this hotel was that we left and received our money back!

It was a good experience clean and refreshing off a day of travel

THIS HOTEL ISN'T AS BAD AS ALL THE REVIEWS. IT WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I WOULD HAVE IS CERTAIN AREAS SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE ESPECIALLY IN THE ELEVATOR BUT OTHER THAN THAT I DIDN'T SMELL IT. THE ELEVATOR WAS SLOW AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Shuttle driver came as soon as we called, even though it was not on the normal schedule. Tommy went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. The hotel met our expectations.

It was OK I would stay here again.the issue was the guest were smoking marijuana and traveled down the hall.

We have been satisfied with accommodations. The bed was good. The room was clean, as was, the bath room.

Hotel room was very nasty but the hotel front desk was very professional and gave us a suite and I can say the bed was very comfortable but the room was half clean but manageable. After a 6 hour drive I just wanted to sleep

We enjoyed the stay we only issue that we had with upstairs we were on the third floor n the fourth floor was so loud with children running you could hear people bumping upstairs they were hanging out of the windows I think one of the staff members try to locate where all of it was coming from. that's really the only issue we had everything else was very nice And yes I would stay there again just hopefully the same people don't pick the same day

To many thugs hanging around outside hotels, and dog in room down the floor would not stop barking. Room was nice and cold

Our only issue was that we were put in a room directly across from a party room and there were parties both nights during our stay and they had door open so it sounded like they were in our room. Very Disturbing!

Thank you for the hotel review. From your comments it is difficult to ascertain what you mean, however, thanks for letting us know. I am having the staff look around the hotel, the parking lot,and the grounds for any hazards or anything that might cause an accident.So far everything seems hazard free.
