Its about 60.00 per night with taxes and fees. It was clean enuff. The staff was really nice. I never felt unsafe. My room didn't have a inside night hook but it was a decent room for the price. No frills just a clean place to stay.
Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Micro & fridge. Clean comfy bed. Good wifi (needed for my work). Lots of eats nearby. Furniture dated but comfortable. Free breakfast. New A/C & TV. Easy in & out. Good price.
I traveled with family, and we booked 2 separate rooms. The keys to one room did not work at check-in, and instead of fixing the keys they just gave us a different room which was not a big deal. Upon entering, the rooms were not terrible. Slightly cramped in the rooms with 2 beds, and it was tight getting around the bed closest to the window with the air/heat unit right there. The worst part was the bathroom. The floors were filthy especially behind the door, and there were weird stains and tons of mold all over the walls and ceilings. This wasn't a huge issue as we were not expecting a ton for the price, but still worth noting. I think the worst thing about this hotel is the other people who seem to stay here. Both nights when we walked into the hallway it reeked very strongly of marijuana. Inside the room it wasn't as bad, but still not great. There were also people coming and going at all hours of the night making noise and waking us up. I did not feel entirely safe here, but I can't say for sure if that would have been the case with all hotels in the area or just this cheap one. The worst part was when we were checking out on Sunday morning several police cars and crime scene investigators were out front. We saw one officer come out of the room right next to one of ours (the room they almost gave us but the key didn't work). Obviously some crime occurred in here, and it's creepy to think if something was in that room the whole stay or something happened right next door while we slept without us knowing. Neither option is pleasant. Next time we are in the area we will definitely go somewhere else even if it means a slightly higher price. The main draw of this hotel for us was that they allowed dogs (it was either $15 or $20 depending on who we talked to, and I'm not sure what they ultimately charged).
The motel is going through some chances with the name but the girl (JP) working in the morning was great. She was more than helpful, she was friendly and she made our stay very comfortable. We stayed for a week, and every morning she had the biggest smile on her face, it made us feel like we were at home. The rooms were cleaned and the housekeeping were friendly too. The service here was great and we will be back. Thanks.
This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever encountered. We booked a room bc there were literally no rooms left in Memphis. The price here was $150, about $100 more than it should have been. The room obviously hadn't been cleaned. There was trash and debris all over the floor. The sheets were extremely dirty (not changed) and the room smelled horrible!! I can't begin to express how badly it smelled. I suspect it was the residual odor from a certain illegal drug. There were cigarette ashes on the walls, bugs crawling on the walls and floors. Just filthy!! I talked to the front desk and shared my frustrations, and while they were nice, all the did was bring me clean sheets and spray some air freshener. Ended up leaving the room to sleep in my car when the odor started making me chest hurt. Run, run, run!!!
Staff was really very very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately the wifi signal in room 110 is really bad. We always had to move to the lobby
When we checked in there was only an up stairs room left, the clerk told us that he could move us down stairs the next morning because he seen that we had our 82 year old dad with us and it was hard for him to go up the stairs. The next morning he had the room ready for us. He had room service clean that one first. The rooms were a little dated, but the beds were comfortable. It was a lot better than the other one we walked out of in yhe same town.
at first the stay was comfortable and pleasant, the staff was great and the room was nice and clean. but then they never came by to clean room and so I had to go ask to use things to clean my own room, as to where they commenced to acting really rude and obnoxious because I wanted a clean room with fresh towels and rags, ridiculous. the breakfast was extremely mediocre for the price we were paying
The quality and service exceeded our expectations. .very clean comfortable and quite. .staff friendly. .for 55.00 + tax we definitely would recommend we would stay again if ever in the memphis area. .coff
The person checking me in was busy.....on a personal phone call. And never once on line was a warning that early check-in would be an additional charge. The last time I stayed, there wasn't. And the phone kept ringing. Had handicap accessible room. But the bed was too high. Needs to be lower. If I had been chair bound I'd never make it. Barely did as is.
